Vesting Smart Irrigation-Farming Infusing Blockchain and Internet of Agricultural Things (IoAT): Focusing Ground Water Scarcity Ensuring Space-Age Sustainable Farming

June 2025

·

9 Reads

Smart irrigation systems enabled by blockchain and the Internet of Agricultural Things (IoAT), agriculture is no longer under existential threat due to groundwater scarcity; sustainable farming has become a possibility. Over-pumping and depleted aquifers are depleting the vital irrigation water source, ground-water as warmer planet sows floods by storms rampage. Smart Irrigation uses real-time data from the Internet of Things (IoAT) sensors to improve water use efficiency and savings. The secure and transparent nature of the blockchain technology guarantees that water distribution is impartial, sustainable farming practices are enforced through smart contracts. Farmers can use these state-of-the-art technologies to make informed decisions, which would help in minimal water wastage and getting a better crop output. Not only does it combat the issue of over-extraction from aquifers, but also serves as a tool to drive sustainable agriculture practices into the future, ensuring water secure food production in an environmentally challenged world.

REVISTA BRASILEIRA DE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

To protect human rights, holding people accountable and demanding compensation from countries is necessary. International criminal law tools, such as the Nuremberg Verdict of the International Military Tribunal (IMT) and the Charter, protect several rights outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The 1949 Geneva Conventions expanded the scope of the universality principle to include war crimes, and the rights protected by the numerous human rights covenants are in line with the specific serious violations. International criminal law is essentially a supplement to human rights, acting as a means of enforcement to determine personal responsibility and punish individuals who infringe on these rights. Human rights legislation and the ensuing legal framework for defending the rights of the accused. It clarifies the extent to which human rights are protected in international criminal courts and points out certain obstacles that might result in individual rights being violated and endanger the core idea of a “fair trial.” The paper discusses the extension of the notion of a fair trial to international criminal proceedings and suggests possible ways to overcome these problems within the framework of the international criminal justice system. It also explores the connections between international criminal courts and human rights monitoring systems, looking at the potential effects on individual rights of accusatorial and inquisitorial aspects of the international criminal process.

Intelligent Mobility Assimilating IoT in Autonomous Vehicles: Fostering Sustainable Cities and Communities

·

2 Reads

Autonomous vehicle IoT integration enables intelligent mobility, which is a significant change in urban transportation and may sustain cities and communities. By utilizing IoT, autonomous cars can communicate with other vehicles, infrastructure and even pedestrians and optimize traffic flow while relieving the congestion on roads, which not only allows passengers to reach their destination faster but reduces environmental impact as well. Safety is increased by predictive capabilities built on advanced sensors, AI algorithms, and real-time data processing that helps prevent accidents. Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution by using renewable energy and electric propulsion systems, these vehicles provide cleaner air for urban communities. IoT-powred shared mobility models decrease automobile ownership which further enhances effective resource allocation and equal access. Smart mobility solutions that solve problems like overpopulation, energy use, and climate change will bolster worldwide sustainability programs building more intelligent, resilient urban environments.

Specifying Regulatory Aspects for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Haptic Technologies in Healthcare Domain

With the emergence of AI-powered diagnostics and robotic-assisted surgeries, regulations have to consider data privacy, algorithm transparency, and bias screening. Standards to guide their accuracy, patient interaction, and device interoperability need to be established for Haptic Technologies, which are already being utilized in Telemedicine and rehabilitation-based fields of medicine. Policymakers at a government and international agencies like the FDA and EMA articulate the balance between innovation and risk management. These include evolving AI models, disparate regulatory frameworks between nations and jurisdiction and accountability in AI-assisted decision-making. Robust guidelines build public trust and increase adoption, ultimately improving patient outcomes. Regulatory frameworks of tomorrow must prioritize adaptive regulatory sandboxes so that AI and haptics can stay ahead of the technological learning curve in the healthcare space while continuing to provide safe and effective therapy.

Fostering Collaborative Cross-Border Regions Relationships With Tourists, Residents, and Stakeholders Concerning SDG 17

May 2025

Fostering high-level cooperative relationships between tourists, residents and stakeholders fosters SDG 17- Partnerships to achieve the Goals and is essential for sustainable tourism development.
