You can now implement your PIM strategy. It is not much more difficult than putting your groceries away. The first crucial step is to have a clear idea of what your goals are. Secondly, you must know what information you need to achieve those goals. Finally, you must know what tools you want to use to manage the information. For the person who has not been managing his information, and has been letting everything collect with the statement ‘I’ll take care of that later’, beginning will be the most difficult part.
