This study aims to examine the Ajege Khobur tradition as part of the local wisdom still practiced by the community in Glingseran Village, Bondowoso Regency. This tradition is part of the belief system and social practices closely related to values of spirituality, mutual cooperation, and respect for ancestors. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The study seeks to reveal how the background of the Ajege Khobur tradition in Glingseran Village has persisted as a form of cultural respect and the preservation of collective memory amidst modernization. Additionally, this research explores the process, values, and impact of the Ajege Khobur tradition on the formation of local identity and its role in strengthening social solidarity among the community. The results show that the Ajege Khobur tradition continues to survive to this day, not only because of its historical value but also due to its significance as local wisdom and cultural identity for its supporters.
