Although reviews of previously published work suggest that positive psychological approaches to social justice interventions have been relatively scant in the past (see Maschi, Baer, & Turner, 2011), there is now growing research and discussion at the intersection of social justice and strengths-focused approaches (Gardner & Toope, 2011;Pedrotti & Edwards, 2017;Warren & Bordoloi, 2020;Warren, Bordoloi, & Warren, 2021;Warren, Donaldson, Lee, & Donaldson, 2019) and optimal functioning (Donaldson, Dollwet, & Rao, 2015;Moradi, 2012;Yoder, 2012;Yoder, Snell & Tobias, 2012). Further, practitioners find this approach useful in dealing with social justice issues and problems encountered at the individual, group, and community levels (see Lambert et al., 2020;Lambert, Mulay-Shah, Warren, & Younis, 2019;Pasha-Zaidi, Warren, El Ashmawi, & Kowai-Bell, 2021;Rashid & Ostermann, 2009;Zimmerman, 2000;Wamue-Ngare, Warren, & Torjesen, 2021).
