In present study, the ultrasound operator moves the probe in a parallel fashion at the measuring line to determine the final measurement position when the profound fascia was aligned in the image, thus ensuring that backfat thickness can be consistent around certain points. In addition, increasing the dose of vegetable-oil couplant clearly revealed each tissue stratification (Sakamoto et al., 2014;Weber et al., 2014).
