Fig. 2 shows a code segment illustrating the implementation of the Isolation Forest algorithm for detecting anomalies in blockchain transaction data. It includes the initialization and fitting of the model with specific hyperparameters (n_estimators and contamination) to the scaled data. The code then predicts anomalies, integrating the results into the original DataFrame (Fig. 2). Anomalies are labeled '1' and normal transactions are labeled '0'. Previous research has highlighted the effectiveness of the Isolation Forest algorithm in high-dimensional datasets for detecting anomalies and fraud [14], supporting its use in our study for real-time anomaly detection in blockchain transactions. Validation of proposed solutions. The adequacy of the proposed models was validated using various techniques. The anomaly detection model was assessed through cross-validation to confirm its accuracy and reliability in real-time detection. The NLP approach for smart contract auditing was evaluated by its ability to identify known vulnerabilities in test contracts [15]. The effectiveness of the neural networks for performance optimization was measured by simulating network conditions and quantifying improvements in throughput and latency. Model validation. The validation of the models was performed through various methods. Anomaly detection models were validated using cross-validation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. NLP models for smart contract auditing were tested for their ability to identify known vulnerabilities in test contracts. Neural networks for performance optimization were

The study focuses on the enhancement of e-voting blockchain network security through the integration of artificial intelligence. The critical problem addressed is the existing limitations in real-time threat detection and anomaly detection within blockchain transactions. These limitations can compromise the integrity and security of blockchain networks, making them vulnerable to attacks and fraudulent activities. The core results of the research include the development and implementation of sophisticated AI algorithms designed to enhance the monitoring of blockchain transactions and the auditing of smart contracts. These AI-driven advancements introduce unique features, such as the capability to detect and respond to security threats and anomalies in real-time. This significantly strengthens and optimizes the security frameworks of blockchain systems in e-voting. These results are explained by the strategic application of machine learning and natural language processing methodologies. By employing these advanced AI techniques, the study has achieved more accurate and efficient threat detection, thereby addressing the security challenges previously mentioned. The practical applications of these findings are extensive and diverse. Enhanced security mechanisms can be utilized in financial transactions, supply chain management, and decentralized applications, providing a robust framework for improved blockchain-based e-voting security. In conclusion, integrating AI into blockchain security mechanisms addresses current limitations in threat detection and offers a scalable and effective solution for future security challenges

Based on the consistent development of technologization, robotics has become widely used in many fields of activity as a tool and an educational resource. This article presents some arguments about insufficiency, as well as the importance of further academicdiscourse, which can serve as a starting point for similar studies and the development of this dynamic direction. The purpose of this study is to reveal the direction of the most current studies on the educational robotics topic, published in some important databases. In order to detect the most common concepts of educational robotics research of the literature, a thematic analysis (descriptive content analysis) is done on the key concepts of educational robotics topic. The articles analyzed in this stud were only used sources from the Web of Science, Scopus and MDPI databases. The search in the database search engine was carried out by keywords: “Educational robotics”, “Teaching educational robotics”, “Integration of robotics”, “Robotics in education" and “Education robotics”.The data gathered from the reviewed articles are analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. In the findings obtained from the study, the keywords "integration of robotics" and "robotics in education" can be used most when searching for educational robotics. Ithas been concluded that the studies on educational robotics have increased gradually since 2018. At this point, the importance of studies on educational robotics is increasing day by day.

Educational and training institutions that ensure successful learning and diverse working life must implement problem-oriented analyses of the education system and form future self-education and positive activity skills of the individual. The article deals with historical trends in the development of educational institutions such as lyceums and gymnasiums in Kazakhstan. Data collection was in two parts. The first data collected was secondary data and it was used to analyze the current situation in education. The detailed theoretical analysis of literary sources reveals the peculiarities of formation of the structure of functioning of educational institutions, the analysis of the tendencies of implementation of innovative educational programs in the system of education is carried out. The primary data was collected using an experiment. Based on the data obtained as a special elective course for undergraduate students, the article describes the recommendations aimed at changing the educational system to deepen the historical and pedagogical peculiarities of the development of educational institutions of students. © 2022 SciencePark Science, Organization and Counseling. The article deals with the problem of methodological support in school education based on the example of the subject of physics that involves interactive computer models. The authors also draw attention to the direction of further development, when interactive computer models in education could be used as a methodological tool for self-organisation in the self-education of students. Interactive computer models are considered as a didactic, software and hardware system for learning. It includes the surrounding phenomena and objects that complement each other, and it is distinguished by mutual quality, accessibility, clarity, regularity and accuracy. The ways of improving the existing methods of teaching physics, the preparation of electronic textbooks based on interactive computer models and their use in the educational process are determined, and the effectiveness of the proposed methodology in a pedagogical experiment is also verified. The result of the experiment showed that the need for students to master software products, the ability to update and apply current knowledge in new situations is significantly increasing.

The article is devoted to one of the pressing topics of modern society. Since the modern developing world makes qualitatively new demands on the training of teaching staff. Modern society, which has embarked on innovative social, scientific and technological development, presents new requirements for a person in a changing sociocultural space. In the context of updating all spheres of human life, ever higher demands are placed on the education system as an effective mechanism for the preparation of a competent, mobile specialist. In this regard, educational institutions are called upon to solve a whole range of problems, including the education of a purposeful, active, creative, responsible, strong-willed person, striving to constantly increase their potential capabilities. Currently, the search for new opportunities to improve the professional level of teachers and the creation and implementation of appropriate conditions for their professional growth is being intensified. Since a modern teacher should be ready to change his pedagogical thinking, as well as to the paradigm of modern education, he must develop ways of continuous professional development. Vocational education is a specially organized process of attracting individuals to professional activities in the process of vocational training as the subject of this activity. It includes the formation of students' professional direction, professional competencies and professional skills. The professional direction of the personality of the future specialist includes an interest in the chosen profession, an understanding of the social and personal significance of pedagogical activity, a conscious and creative attitude to the chosen profession. Professional competence can be defined as the correspondence of professionalism and personal quality and the complexity of professional issues.

... Most agree that the development of computational thinking is fostered by experiences related to coding and educational robotics at various age levels when considering both pure and multidisciplinary activities [42,[52][53][54][55][56][57]. In students who have carried out coding or educational robotics activities, the learning benefits are greater if these activities are conducted with active teaching modes such as collaborative learning, project-based learning, and embodied learning [52]; other studies have discussed how RE and coding can be integrated into education as a curricular activity, as integrated into other disciplines, or in cross-disciplinary learning [58,59]. In particular, Murat et al. expressed the need to define a curriculum for educational robotics as follows: "collaborative curriculum, where the integration of educational robotics is due to an interdisciplinary approach" (p. ...
