This research aims to develop superior products from silkworm cultivation in Sabbetta Village, Soppeng Regency. Descriptive and mixed methods approaches were used in the research methodology. Information was collected through field observations, in-depth discussions with silkworm producers, as well as secondary data analysis from related literature. The research results show that the development of a superior product from cultivating silkworms, namely sabbe sarongs, by farmers in Sabbeta Village lies in its design which combines traditional Bugis motifs with modern innovations such as the ecoprint technique, which uses natural dyes from local plants to create unique patterns and environmentally friendly. This product development was carried out by exploring the initial potential of the sabbe sarong and identifying what was lacking, namely in terms of motif durability and renewable motif design using the Ecoprint method. This research resulted in the development of superior products, namely traditional textiles that are sustainable, aesthetic and functional, meeting the demands of a modern market that increasingly cares about sustainability.

The development of fashion trends cannot be separated from increasingly trendy technology, so business actors are trying to utilize these technological developments as a means of ideas and innovation to create products that are appropriate to the times so that they can attract the attention of consumers and be able to compete in the market. Therefore, every business person is required to know the right strategy for introducing the products they produce. This research aims to find out the SWOT implementation strategy carried out by the As-Syams boutique business in Makassar City. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The informant was determined deliberately, namely the owner of the As-Syams boutique business. Data collection used in research includes observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the research results, show that the strategy implemented by the As-Syams boutique business is in quadrant one, namely Aggressive (growth-oriented strategy) or in a dynamic growth position or in a strength-opportunity strategy position (using strengths to take advantage of opportunities in decision-making). This shows that there is an opportunity to develop the As-Syams boutique business, apart from having strengths that are greater than its weaknesses, it also has opportunities that are greater than threats.

This research aims to understand how to improve the number of visitors to the Ujung Suso beach tourist destination after implementing digital marketing. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques as well as using Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis. The data collected is processed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation of digital marketing via social media Facebook and Instagram from February to March succeeded in increasing the number of visits to Ujung Suso beach tourism. This is proven by the increase in the number of visitors during the research period compared to the period before the implementation of digital marketing. So it can be said that digital marketing through social media is an effective strategy to increase tourist visits to Ujung Suso beach.
