Since 2006 we have been observing a significant increase in the number of breeding pairs of Ibis falcinelle in the Camargue. The Camargue is a wetland complex of 180 000 ha situated in the Rhône Delta in southern France and the stage of scientific studies by Tour du Valat since 1967. The number of breeding pairs of Ibis was increased from only 14 pairs to 2039 pairs in 2017. The demographic studies conducted by Tour du Valat, through programs of capture-recapture and ringing sessions, had granted us the data necessary for an analyse of the Ibis population. Being the main topics focused on this work the number of breeding pairs of Ibis falcinelle and their breeding success. .
