Ariel Antonio Morán Reyes

This paper examines the cultural issues and assumptions regarding the adoption of technologies and the ethical principles applied to them. Some practical and ethical issues that have arisen from the use of such technology are discussed in this paper. It also develops the concept infosphere as an immaterial world, within the frame of informational ethics, where informational entities coexist and interact. For Philosophy of Information the most fundamental element of the infosphere is information. The infosphere is comparable to the whole being.
