The training and development of employees is being transformed by new technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). Nevertheless, difficulties continue to exist in tandem with these developments. There are a number of potential downsides to using technology in human resource management, including worries about data protection, expensive implementation costs, ethical quandaries, and reluctant employees. Organizations must resolve these concerns to preserve confidence and guarantee justice, according to the evaluation. The human aspect is still crucial in creating an inclusive and supportive workplace, even when technology is changing HR practices.
