The report focuses on the development and application of an electronic collection of educational STEM resources for grades 9 and 10. The electronic collection was compiled with resources developed for the innovation of Thomas Jefferson Second English High School – “STEM-Center – Virtual Learning Labs”, implemented in the period 2018 - 2022. The collection contains resources suitable for joint teaching and for the application of the integral approach in education. The resources are presented in Bulgarian and in English, given the specifics of the school and the fact that natural sciences are taught in English. This makes the collection applicable to a wider range of teachers and students.

Google Workspace is an electronic platform containing a system of digital tools enabling the creation, storage and sharing of digital documents, communication and collaboration through cloud technology in school management and learning. The 1:1 (One to One) model is used to organise the learning process, where each student and teacher has their own electronic device and a personal profile (account) linked to it, which they can access anywhere and at any time. The model involves the use of digital technology as a resource and platform. It changes the role of both the teacher and the student. The teacher becomes the mentor and the students search, select and create learning content.

In modern life, cross-curricular connections, which include mathematics, physics and information technology, play an important role in improving education and student preparation. Artificial intelligence technologies can be used to improve the educational process, to develop analytical thinking in students, and to apply their knowledge in real situations. The digitalization of the learning process and the use of information technology and artificial intelligence in connection with the interdisciplinary connections between mathematics, physics and information technology offer new opportunities for learning and development of students. This helps students improve not only technical skills, but also critical thinking, problem solving and creative thinking – all key competencies needed to successfully cope in today's world.
