Employability Skills for College Students in University are an asset that can bring students closer to being ready to enter the world of work. Employability Skill can be interpreted as a series of characteristics including knowledge, attitudes, and skills that make a person capable of being trained. To get a general trend or a long work profile students need an instrument to reveal these variables. This study aims to develop employability skill instruments that are psychometrically tested both in terms of validity testing and instrument reliability testing using the RASCH model analysis method. The research instrument has been tested on 728 people. The results showed that from testing the instrument's validity using the RASCH model analysis on Outfit MNSQ, Outfit ZSTD, and Pt Measure Corr, of the 54 items developed, a total of 48 items met psychometric standards. The instrument's reliability on Cronbach's alpha value is in very good criteria, even in terms of reliability a person is in the very good category, and item reliability is in the special category. Therefore, the student employability skills instrument meets psychometric requirements and can be used as an instrument to measure student employability skills.

p> Abstract. Disasters can trigger Post-Traumatic Disorder (PTSD). Children are highly vulnerable to these impacts, so they need psychological assistance. PFA activities aim to maintain the mental health of children affected by the earthquake so that they do not experience PTSD and increase understanding and psychological well-being. One of the services that can be provided is Psychological First Aid (PFA). This activity includes planning, training, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up stages. This PFA activity focused on dozens of children who were earthquake victims in the Joglo Prawatasi refugee camp, Cianjur. The activity implementation went smoothly, and other volunteer teams, BNPD and kitabisa.com, received appreciation. Impact of PFA on earthquake victim children 1) Reducing trauma symptoms; 2) Increased understanding of disasters; 3) Provide a sense of security and support; 4) Help children express emotions; and 5) Increasing empowerment and psychological recovery. Coordination, mental readiness, and competence of volunteers are supporting factors in carrying out activities properly. Abstrak. Bencana dapat memicu munculnya Post-Traumatic Disorder (PTSD). Anak-anak memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang tinggi terhadap dampak ini, sehingga membutuhkan bantuan psikologis. Kegiatan PFA betujuan untuk menjaga Kesehatan mental anak-anak korban gempa sehingga tidak mengalami PTSD dan menignkatkan pemahaman dan kesejahtraan psikologi. Salah satu layanan yang dapat diberikan adalah Psychological First Aid (PFA). Kegiatan ini meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelatihan, implementasi, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Kegiatan PFA ini difokuskan pada anak-anak yang menjadi korban gempa bumi di camp pengungsian Joglo Prawatasi, Cianjur, yang berjumlah puluhan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan lancar dan mendapatkan apresiasi dari tim relawan lain, BNPD, dan kitabisa.com. Dampak PFA pada anak-anak korban gempa bumi 1) Mengurangi gejala trauma; 2) Peningkatan pemahaman bencana; 3) Memberikan rasa aman dan dukungan; 4) Membantu anak-anak mengungkapkan emosi; dan 5) Meningkatkan keberdayaan dan pemulihan psikologi. Koordinasi, kesiapan mental, dan kompetensi relawan merupakan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan baik. </div

This study aims to answer the challenges and needs of industrial 4.0 technology development, which requires learning to integrate technology and information in learning. So this study aims to develop an android-based counseling application that facilitates and integrates technology in learning. The research method used is development research with exploratory steps, library studies, developing a hypothetical model, verification, validation, model revision, limited trial, analysis, final revision and socialization. The research subjects were guidance and counseling students at Masoem University, the results of the research with the development process have been revised and have succeeded in developing and functioning of the guidance and counseling dictionary application which has been completed at the socialization stage and can be used by guidance and counseling students.

Communication is an important things in social interaction even for promotion and sales something. The purpose of this research is to revealed about interpersonal competence of sales promotion girl of Eta Agency Pro Comm that consisted of Opennes, Empathy, Support, Positivity, and Equality. Data collected through Interpersonal Communication Scale (ICS) with high reliability value at 0,95. Sample taken in this research based on Pusposive Random Sampling that is 58 respondent of sales promotion girl. This research found that every aspek in Interpersonal Communication of Sales Promotion Girl in Competence level. Only Support communication there are 25 (43,10%) in Very Competence. İn another aspect below of that. This research suggest that communication is combination in every aspect and always reciprocal in every social interaction.

This article aims to provide insight and knowledge to the academic community that a lesson has three aspects that need to be present in learning Logos, Ethos and Pathos, as well as the curriculum context that needs to be present in learning. In the setting of national seminar activities for the academic community, both education practitioners and students. The activity focuses on implementing BK in the independent campus curriculum. This service is carried out using the lecturing socialization method. As a result of this service, participants from this activity gain knowledge and understanding regarding what Logos, Ethos and Pathos are like and understand the implementation of the independent curriculum in a fun learning strategy setting, active participants in discussions and evaluating the results of the conference activities.

This research aim to developing new application and program of psychological profiling testing. This based on need assessment about condition of pandemic that needed for psychological test in website based, for facilitate a testee for testing service. This research was a research and development and using Borg & Gall’s design with 9 phase such exploration study, literature review, arrangement of hypothetic, expert judgement, model revision, try out, analysis and revision, final model, diseminasion and socialization. This product using expert judgement and validation process with Interrater Agreement Model, and research subject were guidance and couneling students of Masoem University. The result of the research with the development process have been revised and have succeeded in developing and functioning of the guidance and counseling and profiling psychological test for all testee or student were needed in Masoem University.

Many changes in the education system affect the professionality level practiced by counselors. Cultural diversity and acculturation pushed a counselor to be more professional in counseling multicultural skills. This research aims to discover a counselor's skill in multicultural competence that consist of foundation dimension, multicultural dimension, and multicultural counseling. This competency is important and needed in Indonesia as a country with more heterogeny in social, culture, and religion. The research method was used as descriptive quantitative research through the Counselor's Multicultural Competence Scale (CMCS) that was distributed to 100 school counselors in Padang, Indonesia. The result shows that 60 school counselors have a low foundation dimension and multicultural dimension, 50 have low multicultural counseling, and 10 have low three dimensions. JOMSIGN Journal of Multicultural Studies in Guidance and Counseling

Students with special needs deserve equal opportunities in terms of careers and jobs. Therefore, they need to prepare well, including having a skill called transferable skill. Transferable skills are considered an essential factor in achieving a career. Transferable skills are life skills that are the basis and need to face a future career. This study describes the transferable skills of students with special needs in terms of the type of special needs, age, and grade level. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study was conducted at Special Education Schools (Public and Private) in Lhokseumawe City, Aceh Province. Respondents of the study were students of classes X and XI. Transferable skills are measured using a scale developed with three aspects: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor-a test of the validity and reliability of the instrument was also carried out. Descriptive statistics and Kruskal-Wallis Test analyzed data. The results of descriptive and comparative data analysis are presented in the findings section of the study. The Kruskal-Wallis test showed a significant difference in the average transferable skill score based on the type of special needs and grade level. At the same time, the age factor did not provide a significant difference. The results of this study have implications for the design of transferable skills development programs for students with special needs to enter the workplace or the social environment after graduating from Special Education School. Future research is expected to examine a broader range of respondents covering all categories of special needs, not only students with hearing impairment, intellectual disability, and autistic, as in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan profil empati multibudaya pada mahasiswa pascasarjana program studi bimbingan dan konseling di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, melibatkan 24 responden mahasiswa semester 1 program magister program studi bimbingan dan konseling di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia tahun ajaran 2021-2022. empati adalah prasyarat untuk keefektifan proses konseling secara keseluruhan sehingga riset ini penting dilakukan apalagi empati multibudaya sangat sesuai dengan kondisi kebhinekanaan di Indonesia, tidak jarang variabilitas budaya menjadi isu dalam keefektifan proses konseling karena konseli-konselor membawa budaya yang berbeda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan Skala Empati Budaya (SEB) dengan sampel 24 mahasiswa diambil secara purposive sampling. Temuan riset yang dianalisis melalui analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa profil empati multibudaya mahasiswa pascasarjana program studi bimbingan dan konseling berada pada tingkat sangat tinggi berada pada angka diatas 4, sejalan dengan asumsi penelitian bahwa mahasiswa pascasarjana telah menyelesaikan studi dan setidaknya sudah memiliki pemahaman pada proses konseling yang penuh empatik dan menghormati keragaman budaya konseli
