Taking as starting point the contemporary educational disruptions due to pandemic outbreaks and similar social or natural disasters, this lemma is focusing on one of the most energetic protagonists of the emerging agenda for providing undisrupted learning via remote instruction. Interactive Educational TV takes also advantage of favorable technological advances that vastly increase network infrastructures globally and deploys learning tools originating from establishments offering immense learning resources to their users, like special education. The latter, being connected with medical treatment as well, provides insight on how affectionate teaching and learning methods should be deployed. Even further, the bonds established by governmental institutions, enterprises, and schools for the provision of such services are promulgated as the effective center for the delivery of educative multimedia.

The utilization of evolving technologies has recently upgraded challenging methodologies in fields of humanities, such as pedagogy and psychology, by providing tools that serve the processes of diagnosis and treatment of human dysfunctions. Medical data comprise sensitive information and require special handling in the design of systems that serve it. Based on these principles, the processes involving the creation of software for mobile devices alongside its operative web environment are presented in this paper; these modules overall are appropriated to suit the diverse needs of persons undergoing rehabilitation, training and therapy aiming to restore cognitive functions to their former conditions, and if possible, enhance the acquisition of skills through their use. A distinction was made between Piaget’s stages of cognitive development and Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences. The resulting software has five basic functions and was designed in collaboration with the Cochlear Implantation Center of the AHEPA University Hospital. The aforementioned system utilizes Stable Diffusion™ (text-to-image) AI technology as well as Ionic™ – React™ technology. Emphasis is paid to stages of cognitive development linked to musical intelligence adeptness.

Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing

As 5G networks have been systematically promulgated, the learning community is positively disposed for enhanced acquisition of skills and knowledge over rich media interconnections. Even further, Interactive Educational TV broadcasts, sporadically coming into sight, give the impression that the official appearance of advanced machinery and equipment is bound to unobtrusively make its entry into the learning society whereabouts. A preamble of this virtual vicinity already is sensed within some University environments, spreading prospects of euphoria. However, it is not clear if this transition will be smooth, or, as some indications expose, disorderly, leading to deregulation.

The unprecedented success of social media combined with the availability of omnipotent multimedia capturing communication devices has promoted a fervid two way interaction between broadcasters and their perspective audiences. The social media success path to preeminence, however, has created disillusioned expectations for analogous results in the arena of digital broadcasting. Indeed, the compulsive nature of radio television emissions has not created to entrepreneurial consortia euphoria for an energetic trajectory, as mass media corporations realize that under some certain circumstances contemporary technology forcibly trends to deregulated models of supply and demand. New channels of communication and vigorous broadcasting protocols restructure the domain.

The analog model of RF broadcasts was a domain more or less easily regulated by policy makers and the state authorities involved in the terrestrial range of its service provision. Channels were granted to legal entities or entrepreneurial consortia that were subject to public law applicable in that region. However, the advent of new mobile and digital technologies creates an amalgam of free on-line media providers and expensive, state regulated public goods that attests general state provisions to be scornful to many ambiguities and legislative gaps. Contemporary technology forcibly trends to deregulated models of supply and demand, with mixed results thus far. Diminished entities get, as of now, the better.

... In television programs, hosts and reporters are in open scenes and need to deal with emergencies from various factors such as program guests, interviewees, audiences, directors, equipment, and machines, and conduct complex coordination and interaction with each program link, so as to control the program effect on-site. For television audiences, the appearance of AI anchors on the television screen is first and foremost a gorgeous and novel visual spectacle, which is bound to arouse the curiosity and onlookers of the audience, thereby increasing the attention of the television program itself [14]. At the same time, some AI images appeared on television, and the show's witty quizzes often drew laughter and applause from the audience. ...
