What is this page?
This page lists the scientific contributions of an author, who either does not have a ResearchGate profile, or has not yet added these contributions to their profile.
It was automatically created by ResearchGate to create a record of this author's body of work. We create such pages to advance our goal of creating and maintaining the most comprehensive scientific repository possible. In doing so, we process publicly available (personal) data relating to the author as a member of the scientific community.
If you're a ResearchGate member, you can follow this page to keep up with this author's work.
If you are this author, and you don't want us to display this page anymore, please let us know.

Multigraphene films are prepared by the CVD method. The number of multigraphene layers is determined using the Auger spectrometry and Raman spectroscopy. Flake-like regions with sizes of the order of 30 μm are characterized by the least number of layers (2–3 layers).
We used the chemical vapor deposition technique to obtain the large-area few-layer graphene films. The obtained multilayer graphene samples were investigated with the Auger electron spectroscopy and micro-Raman spectroscopy. The size of the domains with the two and threeatomic-plane thickness was on the order of 30 μm. The Auger and Raman spectrosc...
We found conditions of the synthesis, and obtained samples of the substituted yttrium iron garnet (YIG) ceramic system Y3-cCacFe5O12 with the submicron grain sizes of ∼500 nm. We established the conditions for obtaining, and investigated the ultra-fine powders of YIG doped with the divalent impurities of calcium, which had an average particle size...

... The increasingly widespread use of multilayer carbon-fiber materials (CFRP) in critical facilities determines the need for the development of non-destructive testing (NDT) means, taking into account the specifics of the CFRP. In the manufacture of products of this type, to achieve quality, labor-intensive precision control methods are used [1], which carry produce information about the main parameters of individual components. At the operation stage, for the timely detection of potential foci of destruction, express control based on non-contact NDT methods is required. ...
... It is an important circumstance that adsorption and desorption make it possible to obtain desired characteristics using adsorbed atoms and molecules. In this connection, the study of adsorption properties [2][3][4][5] becomes an interesting direction in the physics of graphene. ...
