Permasalahan pendidikan kerap muncul mulai dari pemerataan pendidikan, komponen kurikulum, sumber daya manusia yang dinilai kurang, kualitas layanan pendidikan, sarana dan prasarana pendukung pembelajaran, dan lain-lain. Program guru penggerak yang diharapkan menjadi motor dalam upaya perbaikan kualitas pendidikan. Guru penggerak menjadi ikon perbaikan pendidikan, mengkritisi segala permasalahan yang ada dan menyelesaikannya dengan membuat program-program melalui komunitas belajar di sekolah sebagai jembatan bagi para pendidik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di satuan Pendidikan yang ada di Kabupaten Brebes yaitu SD Negeri 01 Laren, SMP Negeri 01 Paguyangan, dan SMP Negeri 02 Paguyangan. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data di antaranya berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data: Triangulasi Sumber dan triangulasi teknik. This research is motivated by the delivery of material from PPKn teachers which tends to be monotonous and lacks variety, as well as indicators of teacher communication skills not being optimal according to Yosal Iriantara (2013:7), such as being able to ask questions that encourage students to understand the learning material themselves, being able to ask questions that encourage questions. high level, and skilled in various interaction techniques to prevent boredom. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence between teachers' communication skills on the learning interest of class.This research is quantitative. The subjects of this research were class The sampling technique applied was cluster proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, data analysis uses normality tests, regression tests, determination tests and F tests with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of the research state that there is a significant influence between teachers' communication skills on interest in learning Civics in class 5%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that each variable is related.Keywords: Teacher Communication Ability, and Student Learning Interest

Lecturers have a special obligation to compile textbooks as a guide or source of student learning in the learning process. In practice, lecturers rarely develop textbooks so that the learning process runs less smoothly. The purpose of this study is to develop and determine the feasibility of textbooks in the Citizenship Science course. The research method uses R&D (Research and Development) by Borg and Gall. Data collection techniques using literature studies and questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the results of the assessment from material experts obtained a percentage of 82.5% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", from media experts obtained a percentage of 93.05% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", small group trials obtained a percentage of 82.29% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", and the large group trials obtained a percentage of 85.278% with the criteria of "Very Eligible". The average percentage of the four assessments is 85.779% with the "Very Eligible" criteria.

Sistem politik di Indonesia masih kental dengan sistem paternalisme dan oligarki. Hal ini justru dapat menghambat kemajuan sistem politik di Indonesia. Penulisan ini menggunakan teknik studi literatur. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber yaitu artikel jurnal, berita, dan buku yang berkaitan dengan sistem dan budaya politik di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan sistem politik Indonesia ke depan yaitu peningkatan pelembagaan demokrasi dan SPI (Sistem Politik Indonesia) presidensialisme, serta penyesuaian pola kepemimpinan politik dan pemerintah. Peluang sistem politik Indonesia ke depan yaitu berpangku pada para pemuda yang memiliki peran penting dalam menentang sistem paternalisme dan oligarki yang sudah membudaya dan bisa mendobrak kemajuan sistem politik di Indonesia. Budaya politik masyarakat masih bersifat parokhialkaula dan parokhial-partisipan. Sikap ikatan primordialisme masih sangat mengakar dalam masyarakat Indonesia. Paternalisme dalam budaya politik Indonesia menjadikan pola orientasi dan sikap politik masyarakat bersifat patronage.

Adat merupakan nilai, keyakinan, norma, atau kebiasaan yang diwariskan oleh leluhur kepada masyarakat dan dilakukan secara berulang-ulang menjadi sebuah tradisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelestarian adat pernikahan dan adat kebiasaan yang ada di Desa Losari, Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang diperoleh melalui catatan tertulis, direkam melalui alat perekam, dan melalui pengambilan foto. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu model analisis interaktif mengalir, yang meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu adat yang masih dilestarikan di Desa Losari, meliputi: (1) pernikahan adat di Desa Losari, dalam prosesi pernikahan menggunakan adat Jawa yang masih dilestarikan mulai dari acara pranikah yang meliputi: nontoni, petung/perhitungan tanggal, memberikan mas kawin/seserahan, pasang janur, sungkeman, siraman, adol dawet, dan midodAreni, selanjutnya acara inti yang meliputi: ijab kabul, resepsi, panggih, balangan gantal, ngidak endhok, wijikan, sindur, bobot timbang, kacar-kucur, dulangan, ngunjuk rujak, sungkeman, serta acara penutup meliputi pengajian dan doa yang disampaikan oleh Pak Ustadz; (2) adat kebiasaan, meliputi: telonan, tingkeban, sadranan ruwahan, suronan, muludan, berjanji, serta merti desa.

This writing aims to describe the roles and strategies of the families, communities, schools, and state for anti-corruption education. Techniques for data collection was literature studies. The results of the study show that anti-corruption education in the family, school, community and state must be put into effects together. The role of the families is to educate children by example, habits, and dialogue. The employed strategy is to make use of the religion, society and culture, socialization and education, as well as the economy. People need to learn about corruption to improve the bureaucracy, understand their rights and obligations as smart and good citizens, and fully cooperate and commit. Schools need to design learning modules by developing anti-corruption values, such as core values, attitude values, and work ethic values. The strategy used by the school is to develop an environment-based anti-corruption PPKn learning model through cooperative learning. The state needs to implement a culture of shame in the government, include anti-corruption education in basic to higher education, and formulate social sanctions for corruption.

The research aims to describe the Samin community's moral values, the moral education methods applied by elder Samin, and the obstacles to moral education. The study uses a qualitative approach to ethnographic research. Data collection techniques are through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data validated by source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research subjects were determined purposively, including Samin elders, the Samin community, and Klopoduwur Village Officials. The results showed that the Samin community had moral values of ancestral heritage categorized into three types: Panca Sesanti, Panca Wewaler, and Panca Peniten. The method applied is through oral traditions, wise words, habituation, role models, question and answer. Obstacles in moral education are negative stigma from other communities
