The main objective of this research is to find out how the level of religiosity influences work skills and wages (labor income) in the Embroidery Home Industry in Sukaraja District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java, Indonesia. By using multivariate analysis with PLS-SEM and multigroup analysis (MGA), the research concluded that the level of religiosity has a significant positive effect on work skills and wages (labor income) both directly and indirectly. This happens to both male and female labor groups, in the Home Embroidery Industry which uses manual or simple technology. This research provides implications for government policy materials in developing countries, especially for Muslim-majority populations, as well as filling research gaps that currently have not been targeted by many researchers.

The housing industry is experiencing an increase in demand, especially subsidized housing. Various factors are the main considerations for consumers in determining purchasing decisions such as environment, green open space (GOS), price, and location. The object of this research is four subsidized housing in Tasikmalaya Regency. This model measures government public policy as a moderating in deciding to buy a subsidized house. This study uses primary data in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire to measure each variable. The sample determination technique uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research method uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The results showed that government policy has a moderating role for the environment on housing purchase decisions. Environment, GOS, and price have a direct impact on purchasing decisions. The implication of this finding will be the establishment of supporting facilities related to the location of subsidized housing. In this case, the government needs to ensure that public facilities are available before the subsidized housing project is implemented

This study aims to examined the direct and indirect influence of service quality, university image and experiential marketing on the competitive advantage of private universities with student satisfaction as a mediation variable. Empirical studied were conducted at private universities in Kuningan Regency. Sampling was carried out used proportionate stratisfied random sampling techniques with a total sample of 380 samples who were active students with minimum criteria for have taken lectures for one year. The instrument of this study is a statement questionnaire with Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used Stuctural Equation Modelling with Smart PLS applications. The results showed 1) Service quality, university image, experiential marketing and student satisfaction are in good criteria while competitive advantage is in very good criteria. 2) The quality of service and university image have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, but experiential marketing have a negative and insignificant effect on competitive advantage 3) Quality of service, university image and experiential marketing have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction 4) Student satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage 5) Quality of service, university image and experiential marketing have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage through student satisfaction as a mediation variable. 6) In multigroup analysis, the role of satisfaction in mediating the influence of service quality, university image and experiential marketing on competitive advantage at the two universities there is no significant difference.

Bimtek ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk olahan ikan pindang Sa`at Pangandaran dengan penerapan teknologi makanan beku (frozen food). Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk memperpanjang masa simpan dan meningkatkan nilai tambah produk ikan pindang, yang merupakan salah satu produk unggulan daerah Pangandaran. Melalui penerapan metode pembekuan, produk olahan ikan pindang diharapkan dapat lebih tahan lama, menjaga kualitas gizi, serta memenuhi standar keamanan pangan. Bimtek ini melibatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung kepada para pelaku usaha ikan pindang di Pangandaran. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi teknik pembekuan yang tepat, penggunaan peralatan modern vasum sealer, serta pengemasan yang sesuai standar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas produk, baik dari segi rasa, tekstur, maupun daya tahan simpan. Selain itu, produk olahan ikan pindang yang telah dibekukan juga lebih diterima di pasar modern, membuka peluang ekspansi ke pasar yang lebih luas. Bimtek ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengembangan bagi daerah lain dengan potensi serupa. This technical guidance aims to improve the quality of Sa`at Pangandaran pindang fish products by applying frozen food technology. This activity is motivated by the need to extend the shelf life and increase the added value of pindang fish products, which are one of the superior products of the Pangandaran area. Through the application of freezing methods, pindang fish products are expected to last longer, maintain nutritional quality, and meet food safety standards. This technical guidance involves direct training and mentoring to pindang fish business actors in Pangandaran. The materials presented included proper freezing techniques, modern vacuum sealer equipment, and standardized packaging. This activity showed a significant improvement in product quality, taste, texture, and shelf life. In addition, processed pindang fish products that have been frozen are also more accepted in modern markets, opening opportunities for expansion to a wider market. This research aims to examine the influence of service quality, Atmosphere Store, bundling product and point of purchase to Impulsive buying through Corporate image as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on Alfamart Members in the North Ciamis Region. Sampling is carried out using techniques propotioned stratified random sampling, with a total sample size of 210 samples, spread across 16 Alfamart stores in the North Ciamis Region. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that, 1) Service quality is in good condition, whereas Atmosphere Store, Bundling product, Point of purchase, Corporate image and Impulsive buying in very good condition; 2) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase positive and significant effect on Corporate image; 3) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying; 4) Corporate image positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying; 5) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase influence on Impulsive buying through Corporate image as an intervening variable.

This study aims to examine the direct influence of influencer marketing and value co-creation on customer engagement through two intervening variables, namely purchase intention and impulsive buying. An empirical investigation was conducted among consumers of Batik Kartini's Label fashion, specifically targeting Generation Z and Millennials in West Java. The sample was collected using stratified random sampling, resulting in 210 female respondents who have made at least one purchase. The research instrument employed was a questionnaire featuring Likert scale statements. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modelling with the Smart PLS application. The findings reveal that: 1) Influencer marketing and value co-creation positively impact purchase intention; 2) These strategies also enhance impulsive buying; 3) Both factors contribute to higher customer engagement; 4) Purchase intention and impulsive buying drive increased customer engagement; 5) Influencer marketing boosts customer engagement through purchase intention; 6) Influencer marketing enhances customer engagement via impulsive buying; 7) Value co-creation strengthens customer engagement through purchase intention; and 8) Value co-creation improves customer engagement via impulsive buying.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung inovasi layanan, manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui pemasaran berdasarkan pengalaman. Survei dilakukan pada Konsumen Auto 2000 di Jawa Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non random sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 sampel yang merupakan konsumen Auto 2000 dengan kriteria telah menggunakan layanan/ produk Auto 2000. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuisioner pernyataan dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modelling dengan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Inovasi layanan, manajemen hubungan pelanggan, promosi, pemasaran berdasarkan pengalaman dan kepuasan kosumen ada dalam kriteria baik. 2) promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemasaran berdasarkan pengalaman namun inovasi layanan dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pemasaran berdasarkan pengalaman, 3) manajemen hubungan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen namun inovasi layanan dan promosi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 4) pemasaran berdasarkan pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 5) Pemasaran berdasarkan pengalaman tidak memediasi hubungan inovasi layanan dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan secara positif dan signifikan terhaadap kepuasan konsumen, namun pemasaran berdasarkan pengalaman mampu memediasi hubungan promosi secara positif dan signifikan terhaadap kepuasan konsumen.

Islamic Banking and Unemployment: Determining Factors of Unemployment Rate and its Implications on Poverty Level

Purpose: This research aims to analyze whether the development of sharia banking and several other variables such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), population and social factors have a significant effect on the unemployment rate and poverty alleviation in Indonesia. Method: this research uses quantitative research with the research object being Indonesian macroeconomic data using semiannual data for the period 2010 – 2020. The analysis used is multivariate analysis based on the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Results and conclusions: This research finds that social variables have a negative influence on the unemployment rate compared to population, Islamic banking, or GDP. Another finding is that GDP and Islamic banking have a very detrimental impact on poverty levels. This is different from the unemployment rate which has a positive impact. Regarding the use of mediating factors, namely the unemployment rate, it turns out that sharia banking, population and GDP do not have a significant effect on the poverty rate. However, the amount of poverty is negatively influenced by social variables. implications: This research provides implications for government policy to continue to strengthen capital policies, networks, education and socialization of sharia banking. Apart from that, systematic, conducive, serious and measurable positive efforts in various economic sectors will have an impact on poverty alleviation. Originality/value: This research offers novelty in the form of connecting Islamic banking with poverty levels and is found to have a negative relationship. We use data from 2010 to 2020. We suspect that this condition is caused by a lack of Indonesian government policies regarding capital, networks and education.

The manufacturing industry is a business that processes or refines raw materials into value-added finished goods or semi-finished goods made with machines or without machines. Foreign direct investment is an integral part of the manufacturing industry sector. This study aims to determine the impact of foreign direct investment, wages and labor literacy on the manufacturing industry in Indonesia in 2010-2019. The type of research used is quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Based on the research results, it turns out that direct foreign investment and wage levels have no impact on the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Meanwhile, labor literacy has a significant positive effect on the manufacturing industry in Indonesia.Industri manufaktur adalah suatu usaha yang mengolah atau memproses bahan baku menjadi barang jadi atau barang setengah jadi yang bernilai tambah yang dibuat dengan mesin maupun tanpa mesin. Investasi asing langsung merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam sektor industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak investasi asing langsung, upah kerja dan literasi tenaga kerja terhadap industri manufaktur di Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa investasi asing langsung dan tingkat upah tidak berpengaruh terhadap industri manufaktur di Indonesia, sedangkan literasi tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap industri manufaktur di Indonesia.

Pendahuluan/Tujuan: Mengetahui dan menganalisis: kualitas layanan BRIMO, bauran promosi dan tingkat persaingan terhadap kepuasan nasabah BRI Kantor Cabang Tasikmalaya baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Latar Belakang Masalah: Persaingan perbankan di Indonesia saat ini begitu meningkat, maka dari itu BRI Kanca Tasikmalaya harus dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah dengan memperhatikan segi kualitas layanan BRIMO, bauran promosi dan tingkat persaingan. Kebaruan: Belum adanya penelitian mengenai tingkat persaingan terhadap kepuasan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS V.20. Temuan/Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan BRIMO, bauran promosi dan tingkat persaingan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Kesimpulan: Kualitas layanan BRIMO termasuk kategori sangat baik, bauran promosi termasuk kategori sangat baik, tingkat persaingan termasuk kategori baik dan kepuasan nasabah termasuk kategori sangat baik.
