Quarterly Journal of Forestry

The RFS Education and Learning team undertakes an annual survey of higher education courses in forestry, arboriculture and urban forestry offered at higher education (HE) institutions in the United Kingdom. This includes all Higher National (HN), Foundation (FdSc), Bachelors (BSc) and taught Masters (MSc) programmes in tree and woodland management. This represents the most up-to-date source of information for the sector and is published through our Forestry and Arboriculture Careers Guide (www.rfs.org.uk/forestry-careers). The careers guide has been developed by RFS on behalf of the Forestry Skills Forum, a group that includes representatives from across the forestry sector in England and Wales.
