The authors explained the mechanism for calculating points according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719 dated July 17, 2015 «On confirmation of the production of industrial products on the Territory of the Russian Federation» for industrial activities in terms of research and development work (R&D) for specific products. (Research purpose) The research purpose is developing a calculation methodology in terms of points for the costs of enterprises in the field of R&D according to the requirements set in the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719, and a report form for manufacturers of industrial products. (Materials and methods) Studied the resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation, other documents related to the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation. (Results and discussion) The methods of calculation in terms of accrual of points for the costs of enterprises in the field of R&D for three variants of the requirements that are given in the resolution, and the report form recommended to manufacturers of industrial products for submitting information to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry were given. We have developed a calculation methodology and recommended to manufacturers of industrial products a report form regarding the accrual of points for the costs of enterprises in the field of R&D. The scoring mechanism takes into account the costs of the subject of activity in the field of industry, which are determined in accordance with the Accounting Regulations approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. (Conclusions) The mechanism for calculating points will increase the efficiency of localization of industrial production in the territory of the Russian Federation, differentiate the provision of state support to enterprises in the engineering industry on the basis of a point system for assessing the degree of localization of products.

The article describes the rational technology of carbo-vibro-arc hardening (CVAH) developed by the authors using a multicomponent paste of the working surfaces of the pointed paw of tillage machinery. An economic assessment of the feasibility of using CVAH for strengthening pointed paws was carried out. PG-FBKh6-2 powder was used for research as the basis of a multicomponent paste for CVAH. The boron carbide B4C served as a ceramic component of the paste, the mass content of cryolite was 10 %. CVAH was carried out on a VDGU-2 installation. A carbon electrode of 8 mm in diameter was used to form reinforcing composite coatings. The implementation of developed technology involves firstly the cleaning of working part of the paw. Then a multicomponent paste is prepared, it is applied to the surfaces, hardened and dried until cured. After it the CVAH is done with the formation of a composite coating and the resulting coating is monitored. The rational composition of the multicomponent paste according to the results of a set of studies should be as follows: PG-FBH6-2 powder 60 % by weight, B4C 30 % by weight, cryolite the rest. Rational CVAH modes: current strength 70 ... 80 A, carbon electrode vibration frequency 25 Hz, electrode vibration amplitude 1,1 mm. The thickness of the formed reinforcing composite coating is 0,91,0 mm, and its hardness is 7072 HRC. The developed technology, due to low additional capital investments, can be used both in small workshops of farms and in the conditions of specialized repair and restoration enterprises. The calculation of the economic efficiency of the developed technology for strengthening pointed paws showed that the expected annual economic effect from the introduction of the technology will be 120, 191 rubles with the hardening of 430 blades of KShU-12N cultivators. Thus, the developed technology is economically feasible and can be recommended for implementation in production.

Ensuring operational integrity of the machine’s components junctions with anaerobic adhesives

Perspective of polymeric materials, including anaerobic adhesives, usage during reconditioning and ensuring the further operability of the machine’s components junctions that were damaged under operating conditions are shown. The adhesive material can remain in its original state for a long time without changing its properties and quickly harden with the formation of a strong polymer layer in narrow gaps between the surfaces of parts at temperatures of 15–35°C without contact with atmospheric oxygen. The main advantages of anaerobic adhesives are a high cure rate (fixing time is about 15-30 minutes); high viscosity (gaps up to 3 mm could be sealed); stability of properties during long-term operation under sharp temperature drop and increased vibration conditions; high strength characteristics (impact shear strength - 8-20 kJ/m²; shear strength - 20-30 MPa). To make a reasonable choice of anaerobic adhesive brand and type for restoring the performance of various machines parts junctions the following anaerobic compounds were analyzed: AN-1U (Russia), Ug- 7 (Russia), Anaterm-6k (Russia), Anaterm-111 (Russia), Permatex® Bearing Mount for Close Fits (USA), Permatex® Bearing mount for Worn (USA). The article provides comparative technological characteristics of the studied compounds. It was established that while choosing the brand and type of anaerobic materials, it is necessary to consider the loading mode of the restored element, temperature conditions, the gap between mating surfaces, the quality of surface cleaning, the nature of the coating and the viscosity of the adhesive material. Based on the investigations the standardized technologies for machine’s components junctions working ability restoration using anaerobic materials, depending on the sealing gap in the joint, as well as technologies recommended for repair of sealing cracks in frame body parts are proposed. Anaerobic adhesives are recommended for use in technical service enterprises and workshops of the agricultural sector. Using the anaerobic adhesives allows in most cases to replace welding, surfacing, soldering operations in the reconditioning process but also in some case to restore the units and assemblies which repair is impossible or difficult by traditional methods. The studies were carried out under the grants of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research 18-29-18081.

Introduction. In the technical service enterprises, the reliable estimation of a technical condition of hydraulic gear pumps of tractor mounted hydraulic systems is a priority in introducing new repair processes. The absence of data of manufacturing plants on limiting wear of working surfaces of hydraulic pump details, when the decision on repair is taken, leads to the necessity of carrying out additional researches. In this regard, the purpose of work is to find the limit wear values for working surfaces of details of round gear hydraulic pumps. Materials and Methods. The laboratory tests of used round gear hydraulic pumps were carried out according to the method developed in the GOSNITI on the hydraulic bench of the KI-28097M-GOSNITI. The controlled parameter during tests is the pump delivery rate. Results. The results of laboratory bench and micrometer studies of used round gear hydraulic pumps are presented in the work. The mathematical model of pump delivery rate dependence on statistically significant independent factors is obtained. The limit values for wear of working surfaces of round gear hydraulic pump details are determined by the steepest ascent method on the received mathematical model. Discussion and Conclusion. According to the results of the input bench control of the used round gear pumps, 81% of the tested units were operated in the over-extreme limit state. The limit values for wear of working surfaces of round gear hydraulic pump details obtained by the steepest ascent method make it possible to make a conclusion about the necessity of their restoration in repairing at technical service enterprises.
