Context. The article proposes a latent-semantic technology for extracting information from Internet resources, which allows processing information in natural language, as well as a multi-agent search algorithm based on it. The relevance of this approach to the search for subject-oriented information determined by the fact that currently a direct lexical comparison of queries with document indexes does not fully satisfy the developer. The object of the study is a multi-agent latent-semantic algorithm for searching for subject-oriented information. Objective. The work is to increase the efficiency of forming a knowledge model that is adequate for this subject area. Method. A latent semantic technology based on the weighted descriptor method developed by the authors is proposed. The main difference from the existing methods is that the analysis of words occurring in the text both in frequency and taking into account semantics carried out by selecting the appropriate descriptors, which improves the quality of the information found. Results. The developed latent-semantic technology of information search tested in the task of constructing a knowledge model of automated decision support systems for operational and dispatching control of urban engineering networks. The conducted modeling of the search for subject-oriented information in this subject area showed the effectiveness of the developed approach. Conclusions. Improving the efficiency of search and semantic content of subject-oriented information of the knowledge model of this subject area achieved by using the weighted descriptor method based on Zipf’s laws in this technology. The prospects for further research are to build evolutionary models of knowledge and improve the quality of updated information.

Context. The equivalent transformation method is examined in the given article. Its essence lies in changing of a certain class of non-stationary systems with the stationary ones, for which optimization methods are well processed. Urgency of the method is determined by the fact that in most optimal control methods, developed for continuous systems, tasks are considered in the temporary space using the states space and the matrix theory. All real control objects are known to be non-linear and non-stationary in one way or another. Analysis and synthesis of control systems for such objects is a complex mathematical issue, and its solution is received for some separate occasions for now. As a result of using the suggested method, when the variable coefficients matrix is known, the task of the non-stationary system optimal control is reduced to the task of the equivalent stationary system optimal control for which solution methods are well-known and well processed.Objective. Reducing energy intensity and improving the quality of products of various technological processes is an urgent task of the national economy of Ukraine.Methods. To achieve this goal, we propose a method of modal synthesis of optimal stabilization laws using the method of uncertain coefficients, developed by the authorsResults. Algorithm of synthesis of the optimal controller in the absence and presence of delay in the control loop is developed. The method of selection and correction of the desired spectrum of roots is proposed. To eliminate self-oscillations in the presence of a delay in the control circuit, the R. Bass method is used.Conclusions. The modal synthesis of optimal laws of stabilization of technological processes is proposed on the basis of the original method of uncertain coefficients. The complexity of the choice of the desired eigenvalues is overcome by the proposed procedure of construction and correction of the spectrum of roots in a closed system of optimal control. To eliminate the occurrence of stable self-oscillations (in the presence of a delay) in the stabilization process near a given trajectory, the Bass’s method is proposed to be used. The simulation results confirm the correctness and effectiveness of the results.

Currently, one of the actual problems in the formation of the most informative knowledge models of this subject area is the creation of effective information retrieval systems, primarily on the Internet, as the largest repository of information. To extract the necessary information for this subject area from the Internet, processing of a huge number of heterogeneous documents is required. This is the rather complicated task that requires not only automating the process of searching for information, but also ensuring its semantic content in accordance with the current situation in this subject area. To automate the search process and determine the most informative content of the knowledge model of this subject area, a multi-agent intelligent system for searching and selecting information based on neural networks proposed. This system implements a neurosemantic approach to the semantic adaptation of search information to changes in the current situation in this subject area and the corresponding evolution of the knowledge model based on a genetic algorithm. Optimal control methods are considered using the predictive model, including the most well-known and widely used MPC-approach (predictive control model). A structuralfunctional scheme for the implementation of the automatic optimal stabilization of a given movement based on original methods of parametric identification of predictive model and AUV modal synthesis of optimal regulators on individual forecast horizons is proposed. Practical tools of functional analysis methods were suggested for solving typical optimization problems of linear dynamical systems. Implementation of the suggested methods is shown by the examples, where it was shown that in certain cases analytical solving of optimization problems without the use of numerical procedures and supplementary simplification conditions is possible.

At present time, search for ways of improving ergatic systems is going on several fronts. The article highlights the direction related to the reevaluation of the role of the human factor. The urgent need for the development of this trend is due to the fact that for modern ergatic systems the function and role of human operator in them have changed. In the experimental study of the operators, in most cases, the method of experimental evaluations works. The formation of a coherent group of experts is one of the crucial factors to obtain reliable data. In this paper order to form such a group of experts an algorithm of focused view and filtration of the expert group was proposed. Furthermore, the article defines the stages of the peer review for ergatic system operators and tasks at each of these stages.
