[Show abstract][Hide abstract] ABSTRACT: Although the system of the individual purpose exists in a home, a network for home use does not exist. There are three important
problems to home network realization. It is cost’s being cheap, and there being no necessity for construction, and being able
to communicate anywhere in a network. In order to realize this, the network system which works simultaneously two communication
systems, wireless (IEEE 802.15.4Zigbee) and wired (Power line carrier communication ; PLC ) communication, was examined .
[Show abstract][Hide abstract] ABSTRACT: A system of simultaneously communicating of the same data in a home or relatively small home-like relatively small space using
different communication methods, wireless and wired, was tried. As a result, 100% successful data communication was achieved
without taking specific measures in making any changes to the communication environment. By a single means of wireless or
wired communication, the message transfer success rates of message transfer were about 80% and about 70%, respectively, without
changes to no particular measures taken in the communication environment, and 96% success was achieved in a mathematical simulation
by the simultaneous communication method. However, the result of the above trial encouraged us to explore the find possibility
of installing a network in a home or relatively small home-like relatively small space without giving making any specific
improvements to the communication environment.
[Show abstract][Hide abstract] ABSTRACT: As the actual testing result without any countermeasure in the communication environments in the house, it has gained that
the communication success rate is 82% in the current wireless type 802.15.4 and is 70% in the wired PLC, and is 90% in the
dual communication system with the mutual complement of them. Moreover, in order to improve the communication quality, the
routing system through the nodes is investigated. As the result, it is found that the routing system in which the features
of the wireless and wired communications are considered will considerably reduce the number of the routes and the number of
the communication times per route. Thus, we think that one of the methods to put the measures into practice will be gained.
