A role of alimentary factor in insulin resistance at type 2 diabetes

    Abstract

    In this review the role of alimentary factor in correction of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes are discussed. It is presented data on influence of caloric restriction, macro- and micronutrients, biological compounds of food on insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 diabetes.
