ABSTRACT

This research aims at analyzing the influence of job motivation, leadership, and corporate culture toward employee job satisfaction, and their impact to the corporate performance. The proposed hypotheses: The job motivation have significance influence to the employee’s job satisfaction, The leadership have significance influence to the employee’s job satisfaction, The organizational culture have significance influence to the employee’s job satisfaction, The work motivation have significance influence to the corporate performance, The leadership have significance influence to the corporate performance, The organizational culture have significance influence to the corporate performance, The employee’s job satisfaction have significance influence to the corporate performance. The result of the research has evidenced that job motivation, leadership, and organizational culture are significantly related to the employee’s job satisfaction. Leadership, however, is negatively related to the employee’s job satisfaction. Job motivation is not significantly related to the corporate performance influenced by the intervening variable is employee’s job satisfaction. Leadership and organizational culture are significantly related to the corporate performance. From this result, there are two main conclutions that can be drawn in this study. First, the job motivation can not be related directly to the corporate performance if it is not connected by the employee’s job satisfaction variable. And the second conclution is that the leaderhip is negatively related to the employee’s job satisfaction.

    ABSTRACT: Effect Of Cultural Organization, Leadership And Stress On Working To Organizational citizenship behavior With Job Satisfaction Of Conduct As An Intervening Variable On RSU Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember; Bayu Chandra Cahyono, 120820101002; 2015; 106 Pages; Master of Management, Graduate School, University of Jember. Organizational culture is a philosophy, ideology, values, assumptions, beliefs, expectations, attitudes and norms that are shared and binding in a particular community. Specifically, the culture in the organization will be determined by conditions of team work, leaders and characteristic of organization and administration process applicable. In addition to the formation of organizational culture, good leadership will also create good kewargaorganisasian behavior. The leader of the overall pattern of action is defined as a style of leadership. The stronger the leadership style applied and supported by organizational culture well, it will improve job satisfaction and shaping behavior with Satisfaction perceived not work regardless of the circumstances that follow a person, one of which is stress. Workloads were deemed severe enough can affect a person's physical and psychological condition. Stress is an internal condition that occurs with marked physical disturbance, environmental and social situation potentially in good condition. Individual circumstances that stress will result in job satisfaction is not achieved and Organizational citizenship behavior that is not good. Study results showed that within the last 2 months has increased significantly the number of patients in both inpatient and outpatient. The rise in the number of patients makes the workload of medical personnel becomes redundant so that if it is sustained will cause fatigue that led to the decline in service quality. Demands urgent work can also lead to conflict and stress on nurses and other medical personnel. This study aims to identify and examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership and work stress on Organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Jember. This type of research can be classified as confirmatory research. The population in this research all medical personnel who are in RSU Kaliwates in Jember Jember. Total population of medical personnel who work in public hospitals in Jember Jember Kaliwates there are 59 employees. The sample in this study were selected using census method, where the population being sampled, as many as 59. The analysis tool used is path analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, that 1). organizational culture significant positive effect on job satisfaction of medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Jember. 2). There is a significant relationship between leadership and job satisfaction of medical tenga RSU Kaliwates Jember. 3). The analysis showed that work stress significant negative effect on job satisfaction of medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Jember. 4). There is a significant relationship between organizational culture with the Organizational citizenship behavior of medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Jember. 5). There is a significant relationship between organizational culture kewargaorganisasian behavior by medical personnel satisfaction RSU Kaliwates Jember. 6) The results of analysis showed that the leadership of significant positive effect on the Organizational citizenship behavior of medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Jember. 7) The results of analysis showed that the leadership of significant positive effect on the behavior of medical personnel satisfaction Organizational citizenship behavior through RSU Kaliwates Jember. 8). There is a significant relationship between job stress with Organizational citizenship behavior medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Jember. 9). There is a significant relationship between job stress with Organizational citizenship behavior through the satisfaction of medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Jember. 10). The analysis showed that job satisfaction is significant positive effect on the behavior of medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Organizational citizenship behavior Jember.
