Pengaruh APEC Terhadap Perkembangan Perekonomian Indonesia
Economic coorporation Asia Pacific is to encourage strengthening the multilateral trading system is open (based on GATT and WTO agreements) and increase in development coorperation Asia Pacific. Indonesia is one country that play and active role in the formation and development of APEC coorperation. In this case Indonesia has supported APEC ‘s important role in improving economic coorperation in the region, especially the Asia Pacific Region. In the development of APEC in Indonesia has Influenced the level of economic development of Indonesia which includes the export sector, invesment, and APEC programs in Indonesia. So that in this discussion will discuss the important role of APEC in the development of these sector, especially in the period 2005-2008. Broadly speaking the concept that is consistent in this research is regionalism concept and the concept of national interest. Economic coorperation in the area of the region has brought Indonesia further improve its economy Indonesia’s participation in APEC based on the importance of anticipating and taking advantage and secure the national interests of Indonesia from the era of trade in investment are increasingly free in the Asia Pacific. The method used in the type of research in this study is eksplanative. Is this Eksplanative of the type of research will focus on the research literatur study (library research), by using this type of research conducted on the reasons for the intensive study of the development of the indonesian economy is influenced by APEC. Based on data from this study can be concluded that the participation of Indonesia in the Asia Pacific forum has Provided benefits to the development of the Indonesian economy, especially in the export sector. This can be evidenced by the increasing export trade in Indonesia each year.
