PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SULING MAS GROUP TULUNGAGUNG
This experiment is survey study with the title “Effect of Organizational Culture Characteristic toward Achievement of Employee at PT. Suling Mas Group Tulungagung”. Objective of this study are to discover organizational culture characteristic consist of innovations, attention to detail, result oriented, human oriented, team oriented, agressivity and stability; to discover employee’s achievement in PT. Suling Mas Group Tulungagung; to discover whether characteristic of organizational culture consist of innovation, attention to detail, result oriented, human oriented, team oriented, agressivity and stability has significant effect toward employee’s achievement and also to discover the strongest variable that has significant effect toward employee’s achievement at PT. Suling Mas Group Tulungagung. In this experiment, author propose hypothesis that is organizational culture characteristic which consist of innovations, attention to detail, result oriented, human oriented, team oriented, agressivity and stability has significant effect toward employee’s achievement. Analysis instrument used to discover the effect of organizational culture characteristic toward employee’s achievement and to discover dominant variable of this influence is multiple regression analysis with t test. From the result using simple linear regression analysis, data obtained is tcalculation 5,389 and ttable 2,000. While the result of regression equation derived from simple linear regression analysis is Y=1,220+0,601X+e. Correlation coefficient value of 0,539 shows that effect of organizational culture characteristic toward employee’s achievement at PT. Suling Mas Group Tulungagung is 53,9% Based on results above, author could give suggestion for PT. Suling Mas Group Tulungagung to enhance organizational culture characteristic toward its employees so that their achievement can be increased. The raise of employee’s achievement could also increase the company’s performance. And better performance of the company would give better image for consumers and clients. The better company image in the view of consumers and client would therefore increase the amount of consumers and client also increasing the company’s profit to achieve its goal as organization. Enhancing organizational culture characteristic could be done by giving rewards in the form of money or goods for employee considered as one who gives high contribution to the company according to their work achievement.
