Abstract

Bilateral nephrocarcinoma in a 57-year-old woman was treated successfully with simultaneous bilateral nephrectomy and hemodialysis. The patient is well now over 3 years and 7 months after operation without recurrence of tumor. The literature was reviewed and the methods of the treatment were also discussed.
