The company’s ability to adapt to rapid market changes will be among the key factors for Industry’s competitiveness within Industry 4.0. The basic of flexibility is quick respond to customer requirements and well-set and controlled production processes. Processes of Industry 4.0 will be different from existing processes, not only in terms of using new technologies such as digitization or augmented reality, but also in terms of management and support processes. The main aim of the article is possible changes determination of process management within Industry 4.0. For that, the current production process will be compared with the process in Industry 4.0. The described changes within Industry 4.0 will also have an impact on the organization architecture of company. The changes will be also in the production environment and in the supply chain. The described changes in the process management will also have an impact on the company risks. The main risks of changes within Industry 4.0 will be summarized in the article.

This article deals about the application of the Six Sigma methodology by using modern methods in various stages of the DMAIC improvement model. The change management of business processes in terms of quality is determined by the correct choice of methods and tools for reducing discrepancies and non-productive costs. The evaluation of selected processes of furniture production through defects per million opportunities, efficiency, capability and sigma level before the change and after the change in the quality process provides relevant information for ensuring continuous quality improvement. Implementation of assessing changes in the process is a source of information for continuous improvement of process performance. The University Agriculture Enterprise (UAE) Žabčice is part of the Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry (MUAF) in Brno and its basic mission is to provide targeted activities for the MUAF in Brno. The UAE Žabčice is unique and quite specific agricultural entity in the Czech Republic, which has been meeting its mission more than 80 years. This fact makes it necessary to cover all processes necessary for the firm to make them more effective, where appropriate, a radical change. The aim of the work is to create a key process "Crop Production in the UAE Žabčice of the MUAF in Brno using the software tool Enterprise Architect, with the assignment of documents to a particular activity. Creating a process model of crop production, presented in this work, indicating the links with other processes, with the allocation of existing documents, it may serve the UAE Žabčice management to implement effective changes, where appropriate, to the fundamental restructuring of internal processes.

Business process management in an enterprise is an approach to management that concentrates on optimizing the ways business processes in organisation’s run. The business process maturity of the organization is one of the success factors. From this perspective, the constant advancing the process maturity level is the relevant economic task and the area is still an important issue requiring investigation. The article presents the results of empirical research - the survey was conducted in 2015 on a group of 138 enterprises in Poland. The book deals with theoretical concepts and ways of practical implementation of information sytems in companies. A successful information system project has to be based on the information strategy of the company. Taking the business strategy into consideration the information system value for the company is discussed. Methods of effective project management and controlling including team management and conflict handling are presented from customers and suppliers point of view. The methods proposed are illustrated by several case studies.

This contribution deals with the issues of production and logistics performance of Czech and Slovak companies. The goal of the research was to analyze logistic processes, methods of industrial engineering, methods and evaluation of manufacturing, software tools utilized for measurement and management of performance, which are currently applied in manufacturing companies in the Czech and Slovak Republic. This analysis was done with the utilization of qualitativeresearch conducted in 80 selected manufacturing companies in 2009. The results are compared in the continuity with the conclusions from previous researches on manufacturing and logistic factors of the competitiveness of Czech industrial manufacturers carried out during the period 2000-2001 in the framework of the research project of the Faculty of Economics and Management completed in 2004.
Competitiveness of enterprises in hard international competition depends on ability to react and adapt to changes in close and wider environment. Changeability has become one of basic competitiveness factors for enterprises. To reach desired aim and effect of performed changes, each change has to be managed. The paper is focused on model for management of strategic change including principles of process management. Results of research in Slovak and Czech enterprises showed that implementation of process management components by realization of strategic changes enabled to achieve the increase of business performance. Opinions of experts as also experiences of enterprises with realization of changes supported process approach as a basic condition for successful process of change. In paper we pay attention to methodology for management of strategic change in an enterprise, to basic phases and sequential steps in complex management model.

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na procesní modelování. Základním požadavkem je vytvoření e-learningového kurzu pro předmět Informační systémy veřejné správy v kombinované formě. V první části práce jsou uvedeny teoretická východiska a techniky procesního modelování. Dále také přehled stávající problematiky. Výstupem práce je modul v prostředí MOODLE. Pro lepší názornost jsou v distanční opoře použity ukázkové příklady. Kurz obsahuje také kontrolní test, aby si studující mohli ověřit stupeň zvládnutí probírané látky.
The paper presents the basic notions of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy inference systems. Further, there is a design of intuitionistic hierarchical fuzzy inference system of Mamdani type for air pollution assessment. The proposed approach is based on the fact that air pollution assessment is rather subjective. Therefore, a generalization of fuzzy logic seems to be suitable for air pollution assessment.
The paper presents the current state of air pollution assessment. Air pollution is currently realized by air pollution indices and air stress indices. However, these approaches have some limitations which can be eliminated e.g. using systems based on fuzzy logic. Therefore, we design a hierarchical fuzzy inference system for air pollution assessment using data from Pardubice micro region.
Obsahem diplomové práce je oblast modelování podnikových procesů a procesního řízení s důrazem na optimalizaci procesů. Cílem práce je uplatnit metody rámce CAF a zmapovat vybrané podnikové procesy v konkrétní organizaci státní správy (odboru informatiky Generálního ředitelství Vězeňské služby).
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou procesního řízení, procesní analýzou a modelováním procesů ve vybrané části organizace veřejné správy. Jsou vytvořeny procesní mapy jednotlivých činností na Oddělení registru vozidel. K jednotlivým procesním mapám jsou vytvořeny modely průběhu procesů. Modely byly vytvořeny pomocí modelovacího nástroje MS Visio 2007.
