driven tool for simulation-based clinical training, redefining how future helping professionals develop and refine their skills [1].

competence that includes both technical and interpersonal skills [4, 5]. This immersive learning environment not only enhances
students' confidence and critical thinking abilities but also prepares them for the complexities of real-life clinical practice [6, 7].
Traditional training models, on the other hand, often fall short due to their reliance on subjective instructor assessments and
lack of real-time emotional feedback, which are critical for developing nuanced clinical skills [8, 3]. These models typically do
not provide the same level of engagement or realism as simulation-based methods, which can limit the development of essential
competencies such as empathy and patient-centered care [5, 6]. Furthermore, traditional methods may not adequately prepare
students for the dynamic and unpredictable nature of clinical environments, as they often lack the interactive and experiential
components that SBL offers [9, 7]. By integrating simulation-based learning into clinical psychology education, institutions can
overcome these limitations, offering a more comprehensive and effective training approach that aligns with the evolving demands
of healthcare education [10, 11]. Moreover, based on my many years of observation in the healthcare industry, Access to high-
quality training and financial resources has long been a significant barrier for many clinical practitioners due to a combination of
structural, economic, and institutional factors.

To address this gap, FASSLING introduces an unlimited free AI-powered training platform that revolutionizes therapy

approach enhances learning, builds confidence, and ensures that future therapists are well-prepared to provide high-quality mental

theoretical models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care. Additionally, trainees set personalized growth

addressing bias, and ensuring data protection, which are essential for the responsible integration of AI [15]. Cultural sensitivity
and adaptability in diverse clinical contexts require AI systems to be culturally responsive, which involves developing AI models
that can adapt to multicultural societies and promoting cultural responsibility through regulatory measures [16]. The ethical
implications of AI in nursing education also emphasize the importance of autonomy, nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice, and
explicability, which are crucial for integrating AI responsibly into curricula [17]. In mental health, embodied AI applications offer
new treatment modes and opportunities to engage hard-to-reach populations, but they also pose ethical challenges such as data
ethics and the potential for misuse, necessitating ethical guidance and research [18]. Overall, the ethical integration of AI in clinical
training requires ongoing stakeholder engagement, education, and the development of robust governance frameworks to ensure
that AI enhances learning outcomes while respecting cultural and ethical standards [19].
4.2. Expanding FASSLING’s potential for clinical psychology education

These OSCEs can be enhanced through combining the best elements of emerging technologies in the design of enhanced simulation environments to prepare healthcare graduates for changing clinical practice as it integrates new and emerging technologies. New and emerging immersive reality (XR) headsets that allow digital enhancement of practice with real tools and procedures can be combined with haptic feedback such as a high-fidelity manikin within an interactive immersive room that can replicate a wide variety of real-world scenarios at the touch of a button. In this way XR can enhance authentic learning in clinical and first responder practice by enabling exposure to critical elements of clinical simulation in a safe, contextual learning environment that is cost effective and scalable compared to the expense of simulations involving actors and physical real-life sets. In response this concise paper introduces the development of a framework for enhanced simulation practice using the Blended Learning Simulation Suite (BLISS).

Health professional education methods are changing steadily, and teachers should reevaluate their teaching methods with the needs of the world. Simulation-based learning is a widely practised teaching method where learning takes place in a risk-free environment. Students learn skills using manikins, standardised patients and role-playing with peers. The objective of this narrative review was to study the effectiveness of simulation-based learning (SBL) in clinical education and the challenges of creating a simulation lab. Publications from 2015 to 2023 were searched in PubMed and Google Scholar using the search terms ‘Simulation-based learning’ and ‘clinical education’. Eight articles matching the objective were studied. Simulation-based learning has many advantages that can be incorporated into the curriculum of health professional education. It was evident that simulation has been stated to improve knowledge, skills, and attitudes among medical and nursing students. It increases students’ confidence as well as critical thinking and reasoning abilities. It helps the students develop teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Using Standardized Patients in simulation-based learning has many benefits. When SPs are used, systematic ways of education will be practiced. Interaction with SPs develops a holistic way of approaching patients, and students can learn about patient-centred care, which is essential for practice. There are administrative difficulties in creating a simulation lab. Simulation-based learning supports the new trends in learning, as we see nowadays. Many programmes have incorporated simulation into their training. SBL creates an opportunity to practice before applying it in real-life situations, where the learners can improve their skills and knowledge, which may lead to deeper understanding and greater achievement. Though simulation has benefits, there are challenges to creating a simulation lab.

The use of AI in medical practice offers a number of significant and visible advantages. The problem of the presented research is relevant due to the growing integration of technologies into healthcare. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ethical and cultural challenges associated with integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in medical practice in various cultural contexts. The main objective of the study is to identify specific problems and suggest possible solutions to ensure effective and justifiable use of AI. To achieve this goal, a literary review, a case study, an expert interview, and a questionnaire were used. The main areas of ethical and cultural challenges include the issues of confidentiality and data protection; culturally specific attitudes towards automation of medical decision-making; the impact of algorithm bias on the diagnosis and treatment of various ethnic groups; ethical dilemmas related to access and fairness in the use of medical AI systems. The study highlights the need to develop ethical standards for the use of AI in medicine that will take into account cultural differences.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) holds immense potential for revolutionizing medical education and healthcare. Despite its proven benefits, the full integration of AI faces hurdles, with ethical concerns standing out as a key obstacle. Thus, educators should be equipped to address the ethical issues that arise and ensure the seamless integration and sustainability of AI-based interventions. This article presents twelve essential tips for addressing the major ethical concerns in the use of AI in medical education. These include emphasizing transparency, addressing bias, validating content, prioritizing data protection, obtaining informed consent, fostering collaboration, training educators, empowering students, regularly monitoring, establishing accountability, adhering to standard guidelines, and forming an ethics committee to address the issues that arise in the implementation of AI. By adhering to these tips, medical educators and other stakeholders can foster a responsible and ethical integration of AI in medical education, ensuring its long-term success and positive impact.

As the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, particularly generative AI (Gen AI), becomes increasingly prevalent in nursing education, it is paramount to address the ethical implications of their implementation. This article explores the realm of cyberethics (a field of applied ethics that focuses on the ethical, legal, and social implications of cybertechnology), highlighting the ethical principles of autonomy, nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice, and explicability as a roadmap for facilitating AI integration into nursing education. Research findings suggest that ethical dilemmas that challenge these five principles can emerge within the context of nursing education; however, adherence to these very principles, which is essential to improving patient care, can offer solutions to these dilemmas. To ensure the ethical and responsible use of Gen AI in nursing education, these principles must be woven into the fabric of curricula, and appropriate guidelines must be developed. Nurse educators have a pivotal role in strategizing comprehensive approaches for ethical AI integration, establishing clear guidelines, and instilling critical thinking among students. Fostering lifelong learning and adaptability is key to ensuring that future nurses can successfully navigate the constantly evolving landscape of health care technology. Future research should investigate the long-term impacts of AI utilization on learning outcomes and ethical decision-making.

Aim To explore the ethical considerations and challenges faced by nursing professionals in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into patient care. Background AI's integration into nursing practice enhances clinical decision‐making and operational efficiency but raises ethical concerns regarding privacy, accountability, informed consent, and the preservation of human‐centered care. Methods A systematic review was conducted, following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Thirteen studies were selected from databases including PubMed, Embase, IEEE Xplore, PsycINFO, and CINAHL. Thematic analysis identified key ethical themes related to AI use in nursing. Results The review highlighted critical ethical challenges, such as data privacy and security, accountability for AI‐driven decisions, transparency in AI decision‐making, and maintaining the human touch in care. The findings underscore the importance of stakeholder engagement, continuous education for nurses, and robust governance frameworks to guide ethical AI implementation in nursing. Discussion The results align with existing literature on AI's ethical complexities in healthcare. Addressing these challenges requires strengthening nursing competencies in AI, advocating for patient‐centered AI design, and ensuring that AI integration upholds ethical standards. Conclusion Although AI offers significant benefits for nursing practice, it also introduces ethical challenges that must be carefully managed. Enhancing nursing education, promoting stakeholder engagement, and developing comprehensive policies are essential for ethically integrating AI into nursing. Implications for nursing AI can improve clinical decision‐making and efficiency, but nurses must actively preserve humanistic care aspects through ongoing education and involvement in AI governance. Implications for Health Policy Establish ethical frameworks and data protection policies tailored to AI in nursing. Background This study delves into the ethical considerations of artificial intelligence (AI) use in higher education, focusing on counselling and psychotherapy students' perspectives. Amidst growing interest in AI across educational sectors, this research aimed to highlight student views on the benefits, risks and ethical challenges posed by AI tools in their training. Methods Employing a qualitative approach, this scoping study gathered data from seven counselling and psychotherapy students through an online survey, which were analysed using reflexive thematic analysis. Findings Four main themes were constructed: (1) guidelines, (2) concerns about the use of AI with highly sensitive information, (3) acceptable and unacceptable uses, and (4) risk of AI compromising the quality of knowledge and practice. Conclusion This research underscores the necessity for collaborative guideline development that addresses ethical AI use, the protection of sensitive information, and the delineation of AI's appropriate roles in education and practice. It advocates for ongoing discussion amongst educational institutions, professional bodies and students to create dynamic, ethical standards that evolve with AI advancements, ensuring technology enhances learning outcomes, upholds integrity and respects privacy.

By providing a risk-free environment in which students may acquire essential clinical abilities, Simulation-Based Learning (SBL) is quickly revolutionizing the teaching of medicine. This development incorporates not just technical abilities but also the ability to communicate, work in a team, and make decisions in real-life situations. Virtual reality (VR) and high-fidelity models provide for fully immersive events, and focused learning enables the development of skills on an individual basis. Additional ways to improve learning include debriefing sessions and immediate feedback. All graduates must meet the specified skill level, and standardized examinations make sure of it. By giving trainees more practice with dummy patients before they treat actual ones, these innovations increase patient safety. In addition, by encouraging a development mindset in a supportive setting, SBL helps students gain self-assurance. Research shows that medical personnel who get SBL training have superior clinical abilities, make better decisions, and communicate more effectively. Emergencies in simulation-based learning are reshaping the near future of medical education by enabling the creation of highly skilled and well-rounded healthcare workers. This is despite the fact that difficulties like cost and faculty development are still present.
