1. INTRODUCTION
Scientific metrics is essential to measure the quantity and quality of scientific output. Science metrics measures
the: - quantity of scientific publications - the number of publications and
- their quality:
citation rate,
h-index,
g-index.
The paper presents the world ranking of Flying Cars researchers for 2025. An effective way to measure scientific
performance is to measure citations, because if someone is cited by other scientists a lot, they are probably a better
researcher. The ranking of researchers is primarily presented according to the h-index of researchers.
The h-index is the largest number h, indicating that h number of publications contain at least h citations. It can
be determined from the following online databases:
Web of Science,
Scopus,
Google Scholar and
Publish or Perish.
The h-index, also known as the Hirsch index, is based on references. The h-index was published by physicist
Jorge E. Hirsch (University of California, San Diego) in 2005:
"A scientist has index hif h of his/her N papers have at least h citations each, and the other (N-h) papers have no more
than h citations each".
Thus, the h-index is the highest h number, indicating that h publications have at least h citations, and all other
scientific publications have, by definition, less than h citations. Hirsch suggested that the index was originally intended
to compare individual performance only, but that it could also be used to determine the h-index of:
- research groups,
- journals,
- disciplines,
- institutions and
- countries.
The original h-index does not distinguish between dependent and independent citations, i.e. it also takes self-
citations into account.
In the case of a matching h-index, researchers are ranked by the number of citations. The ranking is constructed using
the Google Scholar database [1]. Google Scholar is Google's scientific search engine, launched in 2004, which displays the
researcher's scientific publications, citations, h-index and i10-index.
The first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter presents the 2025 world ranking of Flying Cars [2-20]
researchers and the third chapter summarises the results of my research.

2. 2025 WORLD RANKING OF FLYING CARS RESEARCHERS
The 2025 world ranking of Flying Cars researchers is presented primarily by the h-index of researchers. The ranking
has been constructed using the Google Scholar database.
Researchers with matching h-index are ranked by the number of citations [21-29]. 8 researchers are included in the
ranked list [30-40]. We also present the Orcid ID number of the researchers.

In this paper, the automotive digital perception of self-driving robotic cars is considered. Self-driving robotics vehicles are cars or trucks in which human drivers are never required to take control of the vehicle safely operating. The challenges for this technology are planning and navigation of the vehicle in dynamic environments, ensuring the safety of its passengers and pedestrians, offering high rode efficiency. The development of sensors, algorithms, and actuators has made it possible to generate advances in self-driving robotic cars. Impressive progress has been achieved in the last decade, yet recent works on self-driving cars still present limitations in the complexity of the environment and/or the speed of movement.

This paper describes new mobility concepts that enable higher-order automation with self-driving vehicles. These are the Autonomous Valet Parking system and three deployment scenarios or approaches that influence the development of automated vehicles. The Autonomous Valet Parking system allows users to relegate parking maneuvers to the vehicle computer, which is able to navigate the vehicle from the drop-off zone to the parking and from the parking to the pickup zone. The evolutionary scenario is the one often pursued by the automotive industry: vehicles with the driver are being gradually fitted with more advanced driver assistance modules to reach full automation in the near future. The revolutionary approach is the one often adopted by non-automotive companies looking to capitalize on autonomous driving technology. The whole concept of the vehicle and the autonomous infrastructure is developed from scratch, often as a result of public acceptance research. The transformative scenario understands that the existing public transport can be transformed by automated driving technology towards greater personalization, which would lead to the elimination of timetables and fixed public routes.

This paper presents the concept of 5G technology. First, we will review the evolution of 5G technology and then find out how the 5G networks works. Currently, 5G technology is in testing phase in many countries, with researchers facing the problem of the security issues. Next, we explain how 5G network impacts modern technologies such as the artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and self-driving cars. And finally, if all current problems with 5G networks are resolved, it could become the keystone of the Smart City concept, which is expected to solve many running problems associated with infrastructure, public transport, environment, etc.

Abstract: This paper contains the 20 best-ranking physicists in Serbia. For a scientist to enter the list, they need to practice scientific work and publish academic publications which other scientists may refer to. The scientists are evaluated based on the h-index and the number of references. The scientists with the same h-index are ranked by the total number of references. This list of physicists includes 20 scientists and researchers with the minimal h-index of 26. The h-index and the number of references were determined by using the Google Scholar database. Key Words: h-index, citations, references, physics researchers, ranking, Google Scholar database, bibliographic data, reference data.

This paper will present an overview of indoor and outdoor drone localization methods. Outdoor scenarios almost always use a GPS with IMU. Indoor systems are using short-range sensors that are sensitive to the external conditions of the environment. Mostly used methods are optical flow and stereovision, while an ultrasonic transceiver system optimizes and provides high precision and orientation of the drone. An ultrasonic preceptor is integrated into a listener/beacon and can be used with referenced beacons inside a WSN. The Crossbow Cricket hardware platform, which is based on TDOA and RSS principle, is used for simulations and code development. The researched direction is the localization of referent nodes (beacons) concerning the listener which is mounted on a flying drone. For that purpose, a probabilistic approach is used, based on a Bayes filter, where the positions of the beacon can be observed like random variables. Considering that these distributions significantly vary from a Gauss distribution, it is appropriate to use a particle filter.

This paper presents the evaluation of the impact factor of the journal Acta Polytechnica Hungarica. The impact factor is a very useful tool for evaluation of journals, but it must be used discreetly. Definition of the Thomson Reuters impact factor and the calculation for Journal Acta Polytechnica Hungarica impact factor is illustrated. The definition of the impact factor has been implemented on the evaluation of the impact factor of the journal Acta Polytechnica Hungarica. Finally, the value of the impact factor of the journal is presented.

Unmanned autonomous aerial vehicles have become a real center of interest. In the last few years, their utilization has significantly increased. During the last decade many research papers have been published on the topic of modeling and control strategies of autonomous multirotors. Today, they are used for multiple tasks such as navigation and transportation. This paper presents the development of a dynamic modeling and control algorithm-backstepping controller of an autonomous hexa-rotor microcopter. The autonomous hexa-rotor microcopter is an under-actuated and dynamically unstable nonlinear system. The model that represents the dynamic behavior of the hexa-rotor microcopter is complex. Unmanned autonomous aerial vehicles applications are commonly associated with exploration, inspection or surveillance tasks.
