On this foundation, the Sushruta Samhita and Charaka Samhita advocate tailored care and preventive actions. These principles are synthesized in the Ashtanga Hridaya, which emphasizes the interconnection of human existence. The Rigveda and Atharvaveda reflect a holistic ethos, emphasizing the interdependence of individuals, nature, and the universe. In a reductionist world, this study emphasizes the eternal importance of these writings, generating a renewed respect for a comprehensive view of health and well-being.
