To understand who uses mobile banking services among which age groups.
To understand the reason for choosing the mobile banking services over normal banking.
3.3 Scope of the Study
This study explores mobile banking services and their impact on daily financial transactions. It examines how
individuals have transitioned from traditional banking methods, involving physical visits to banks, to
conducting banking activities conveniently through their mobile phones. The study aims to understand the
extent of this shift and its implications for users.
3.4 Limitations of the Study
The study is subject to certain limitations. The primary data was collected through a questionnaire, which may
be influenced by the respondents' perceptions and understanding. Additionally, the sample size for the study
was restricted to 40 participants, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. Furthermore, the scope of
the study is confined to the Nilgiris district, which may not fully represent the broader trends in mobile banking
services.
