Absract :
This research aims to explore the relationship between religious satisfaction and mental health
through a comprehensive analysis of available scientific literature. The main theories and empirical
studies addressing this topic were examined, focusing on mechanisms of influence and practical
applications. Results indicate a positive correlation between religious satisfaction and mental health,
identifying several mediating factors such as social support, providing meaning to life, and enhancing
psychological resilience. The article also discusses methodological challenges and cultural
considerations in this research field, and presents recommendations for future studies and practical
applications in the domain of mental health
