Carica papaya , commonly known as papaya, is a fruit recognized for its substantial medicinal potential, primarily due to its wide range of bioactive compounds. This review thoroughly examines the pharmacological implications of these constituents and highlights their potential applications in drug discovery and therapy. Papaya is abundant in vitamins (A, C, and E), minerals, enzymes, and phytochemicals such as flavonoids, phenolic acids, carotenoids, and alkaloids, all of which contribute to its antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer effects. The fruit demonstrates significant activity against diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and gastrointestinal disorders. This review also discusses how environmental factors, including temperature, light, soil quality, and rainfall, impact the phytochemical composition of papaya, thereby influencing its medicinal properties. This study investigates the mechanisms of fluorine adsorption on gibbsite (Al(OH)3), a prevalent mineral in aluminum ore processing and an important adsorbent in environmental remediation. Utilizing a combination of experimental techniques, including batch adsorption experiments, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), we examine the interaction of fluoride ions with gibbsite under varying pH and ionic strength conditions. Our results indicate that fluorine adsorption is significantly influenced by the pH of the solution, exhibiting enhanced uptake in acidic environments. Kinetic studies reveal a rapid initial adsorption phase, followed by a slower equilibrium phase, suggesting a two-step adsorption process. The adsorption isotherms fit well to both Langmuir and Freundlich models, indicating a mixed mechanism involving both monolayer and multilayer adsorption. Furthermore, XRD analysis suggests structural modifications of gibbsite upon fluorine uptake, while FTIR results indicate changes in hydroxyl group vibrations, supporting the formation of Al-F complexes. This study investigates the influence of particle size on the efficiency of fluorine removal using gibbsite (Al(OH)₃) as an adsorbent. Various particle sizes of gibbsite were synthesized and characterized using techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Batch adsorption experiments were conducted to evaluate the removal efficiency of fluorine at different particle sizes, ranging from nano to micro-scale. Results indicate a significant correlation between particle size and fluorine adsorption capacity. Smaller gibbsite particles demonstrated enhanced surface area and reactivity, leading to improved fluorine removal efficiency. This study presents a comprehensive thermodynamic analysis of fluorine removal processes using gibbsite as an adsorbent. Fluorine contamination in water sources poses significant health risks, necessitating effective remediation strategies. Gibbsite, a naturally occurring aluminum hydroxide, is investigated for its potential to adsorb fluoride ions from aqueous solutions. We employ thermodynamic principles to evaluate the adsorption isotherms, enthalpy, entropy, and Gibbs free energy changes associated with the interaction between gibbsite and fluoride. The study reveals that the adsorption process is exothermic and spontaneous, indicating favorable conditions for fluorine removal. The purpose of this research is to examine how machine learning algorithms might aid doctors in diabetes risk assessment and early diagnosis. The investigation made use of a dataset collected from Ninh Binh people who were Vietnamese and had a history of type 2 diabetes. The best classification technique for the dataset was determined using a variety of techniques, including K Neighbors, Ada Lift, Calculated Relapse, SVC, Random Forest, and Choice Tree Classifier. Results indicated that the Random Forest Classifier computation had the highest potential, with a precision rate of 100% and a cross-validation score of 0.998. Applying the chosen model on a new dataset that removed 67 people from the original allowed for a more thorough evaluation of its effectiveness. The algorithm had a 94% success rate on this dataset. Class 1 (diabetic) probability show that it did a great job of predicting whether individuals will develop diabetes. This innovative approach demonstrates how machine learning algorithms may help clinicians with patient care and diagnosis by providing a systematic and measurable technique to detect diabetes early on and evaluate risk. Giving patients access to their diabetes score and probability estimates may help them better understand their condition. This information is urgent in forestalling or easing back the movement of illness since it engages patients to go with educated decisions and urges them to embrace solid way of life ways of behaving. This exploration shows how significant machine learning is for medical services to improve patient consideration and wellbeing results over the long haul.

Obesity is a Curse in our society. It has caused one of the major fatalities in the world. Papaya belongs to the giant herbaceous small family Caricaceae. It originated in the historical era of Meso-America, which is currently known as southern Mexico and Central America. In India, it came from the Caribbean through the Spanish explorers around 1550 AD. The nutritional value of the papaya provides an amazing result for weight loss. Yoga is mentioned in several oldest Hindu religious books, such as Rig Veda in Sanskrit. Yoga has been described in Upanishads as well by our Rishis and Monies since ancient times. Therefore, researchers have traced these yogic practices such as asanas to over a thousand years ago. Yoga asanas have benefited in several ways to reduce the weight among the obese. Yoga along with low-calorie fruits such as papaya uniquely reduces BMI. Obesity is a major concern not only in India but also causing severe damage to society and overall health issues all across the rich and the developed world. Method: We selected a large society with a yoga club in a suburb of Mumbai, Andheri having 189 active members of different ages of 16 to 59 years old male and female with a rich background. We identified 95 obese members with a high BMI. We have conducted a small conference on the values of yoga and the nutritional value of Papaya in the club. We performed a BMI and lung function test after the post-corona period from 15th July 2021 to 20th June 2022 for 11 months. The selection of 75 members was performed prudently with their consent. Result: The addition of papaya and regular Yoga Asanas at least thrice per week till 11 months post BMI result was amazing. Conclusion: The use of papaya and regular use of Yoga yields a powerful message as a concomitant therapy. for our medical community and will help to reduce obesity as an alternative therapy.

When applied to wastewater treatment, natural gibbsite has a low fluorine capacity and is therefore rarely used. In this work, the gibbsite was calcined at different temperatures to improve the fluoride adsorption capacity. The adsorption responsible parameters, such as calcination temperature and time, initial fluoride concentration, dosage, reaction time and temperature were optimized. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of fluorine ion varies significantly by the gibbsite calcined at different temperatures. The best fluorine removal effect is the gibbsite calcined at 573 K for 0.75 h and its adsorption fluoride capacity of 8.3470 mg/g, which is 7.4 times that of natural gibbsite under the same conditions. Calcination temperature on its structural properties by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TGA/DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) for the gibbsite were investigated. The results of characterization analysis showed that the phase composition of gibbsite calcined at different temperatures is different and the significantly different effect of fluorine removal may be attributed to the increase of specific surface area after calcination. The pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model can better describe the fluorine removal process of gibbsite calcined at high temperature.
