Abstract

The action research aimed to enhance home-school collaboration to support parental involvement through Project MILAY (Motivate and Initiate the Learning Activities Yield) at Pipian Elementary School, focusing on Grade 4 parents. It examined parents' socio-demographic profiles, their involvement in school activities, and the impact of Project MILAY. The study, involving 30 parents, found that most parents were high school graduates and from larger families. Parental involvement was high, and Project MILAY had a significant positive effect. The research highlighted the importance of continued collaboration between parents and teachers to support students' academic and holistic development through various interventions like TUNAY and TLC.
