Despite advances in diagnostic imaging and treatment, challenges in early detection and precise characterization of tumors persist, leading to suboptimal patient outcomes. The integration of radiogenomic profiling, which combines imaging techniques with genomic data, offers a groundbreaking solution for improving diagnostic accuracy and facilitating personalized treatment strategies. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of radiogenomic profiling in breast cancer, discussing its clinical potential, current limitations, and future directions. We provide evidence that this innovative approach not only enhances the precision of breast cancer diagnostics but also paves the way for personalized medicine by tailoring treatment plans based on individual tumor characteristics. While the application of radiogenomic profiling is still in its early stages, it holds significant promise for transforming breast cancer care and reducing mortality rates through earlier, more accurate diagnosis and treatment selection.
