Abstract

In hospice music therapy how much time will we have with a patient? What can music therapy offer them? Will it be possible to use musical instruments? How can I use improvisation to maintain a close relationship with a patient who will die? The chapter addresses these issues by giving guidance on how to prepare and carry out a session. Clinical cases are presented.
