Cyber attacks have evolved, making predicting and preventing their occurrence difficult. The complexity of cyber threats has contributed to the development of technology-intensive security systems, but these methods have yet to eliminate cyber threats effectively. Machine learning algorithms have proven helpful in cybersecurity applications for organizations. Machine learning algorithms provide a great opportunity for organizations to counter the increasing cyber-attack threats. Adopting machine learning algorithms in cyber-security is advantageous for organizations as they are more effective, scalable, and actionable in detecting cyber threats like malware than conventional methods, which require human involvement. Despite the great potential of machine learning in detecting cyber threats, financial institutions have recorded a very low adoption rate of these technologies in their efforts to mitigate the increasing cyber threat in the banking sector. In this quantitative nonexperimental, predictive correlational study, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model was used to explore the factors influencing the adoption of machine learning algorithms for detecting cyber threats among information technology (IT) professionals in the banking industry. The results showed that performance expectancy and facilitating conditions correlate positively with IT professionals’ behavioral intention to use machine learning algorithms to detect cyber threats. Effort expectancy had no significant effect, while social influence negatively influenced IT professionals’ behavioral intention to use machine learning algorithms to detect cyber threats. Determining these factors is a significant step towards eradicating the growing cyber threats in the banking industry.

Technological advancement has revolutionized the onset of artificial intelligence (AI) in product management across various organizations. This research paper explores the impact of artificial intelligence on the automation of routine product management tasks within organizations, hence the efficiency improvement. The study further incorporated leveraging the theoretical framework of the Resource-Based Theory (RBT) and the incorporation of the various AI capabilities in identifying the critical AI-specific resources essential for developing robust AI capabilities in product management. The research methodology incorporated included the development of the AI essential for measuring the AI capabilities and the interrelation with organizational creativity, hence enhancing performance. The findings drawn from this research provided compelling evidence of AI's capability to enhance organizational creativity and performance.

The threat of cyber attacks is expanding globally; thus, businesses are developing intelligent artificial intelligence systems that can analyze security and other infrastructure logs from their systems department and quickly and automatically identify cyber attacks. Security analytics based on machine learning the next big thing in cyber security is machine data, which aims to mine security data to show the high maintenance costs of static relationship rules and methods. But, choosing the appropriate machine learning technique for log analytics using ML continues to be a significant barrier to AI success in cyber security due to the possibility of a substantial number of false-positive detections in large-scale or global Security Operations Centre (SOC) settings, selecting the proper machine learning technique for security log analytics remains a substantial obstacle to AI success in cyber security. A machine learning technique for a cyber threat exposure system that can minimize false positives is required. Today's machine learning methods for identifying threats frequently use logistic regression. Logistic regression is the first of three machine learning subcategories-supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Any machine learning enthusiast will encounter this supervised machine learning algorithm at the beginning of their machine learning career. It's an essential and often applied classification algorithm.
