Abstract:
It's logical to remark in a better and enlightened world significant changes in organizational
processes and performace through cutting-edge technologies such as: data analytics, artificial
intelligence (AI) and business intelligence applications. In fact new technologies offer not only
a way of processing data but also enable new opportunities to the workers in knowledge.
Actually, the current century is called the "age of knowledge" owing to the fact that information
technology is evolving from data processing to knowledge processing and management. Also,
artificial intelligence has been Established as an academic discipline before the establishment
of knowledge management. So, artificial intelligence (AI) has been established in the
computing discipline for many decades, then it has widely been applied in many fields. In this
paper the researchers explored how artificial intelligence can enrich the discussion of
knowledge management through the interaction of knowledge management with artificial
intelligence. The researchers concluded that self-learning models of artificial intelligence allow
a quick adaptation with the changes in internal data patterns or business environment data and
basic working conditions.
Key words: artificial intelligence, knowledge management, knowledge.
