focuses on Tesla’s electric vehicle (EV) advancements, autonomous technologies, and sustainable solutions, driven by
Elon Musk’s visionary leadership. The discussion extends to Tesla’s innovation management, emphasizing a culture of
creativity and risk-taking. Design thinking’s contribution to Tesla’s customer-focused product development is also
explored, alongside entrepreneurial strategies and the strategic use of intellectual property. By analyzing Tesla’s
methods for identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and scaling operations, the manuscript provides insights into
Tesla’s success in disrupting industries and transforming customer experiences, offering a concise overview of the
strategies behind its achievements.
