Analisis Efisiensi Biaya Pembelian Impor Elevator Melalui Jasa Customs Clearence Atau Swakelola Pada PT Marico Gria Jakarta

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Marico Gria, a company in Jakarta that sells elevators. This research aims to determine the cost efficiency of import purchases through customs clearance and self-management services. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, and literature studies to then be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method by calculating the amount of relevant costs that have occurred or will come. Efficiency is calculated based on assumptions seen from the company's purchasing potential. The results showed that the calculation of the cost of purchasing imports in one purchase through customs clearance services was greater, namely, IDR 8,550,000, while self-management was IDR 5,000,000. So the company's import purchases in 10 times the purchase per year In the next 5 years the company gets an efficiency of IDR 147,500,000, - if the company carries out customs clearance with self-management. Bustle to serve customers make the company should focus more on its core business. Nowadays, PT Kuwera Jaya manages and employs its own cleaning service activities and also gives money for meal to employees in supporting activities. Conditions of supporting activities make PT Kuwera Jaya analyze the cost efficiency of supporting activities either self hiring or outsourcing. This study compared the use of relevant cost for self hiring and outsourcing, so that it could be analyzed which is more efficient alternative based on the most relevant low costs. Because the plan would still be done in the future, then to consider possible changes in the future, it was created three scenarios: pessimistic, moderate, optimistics with each of the relevant assumptions for each scenario. Results of the study indicate that the three scenarios using outsourcing as a viable alternative chosen by PT Kuwera Jaya because it could minimize the cost of supporting good cleaning service activities to manage the activities of cleanliness and also catering to provide lunch for employees. Suggestion in this research is PT Kuwera Jaya should immediately decide to use outsourcing in supporting the activities of cleaning service and catering. In addition to the benefits of outsourcing for cost efficiency, the field of activity is allowed in Employment Act No 13 2003, Articles 64 to 66.

Virtualization is a necessity that every company cannot resist anymore, not only large-scale, but also medium and small. This research aims to develop a KVM-based server virtualization platform as a means of replacing desktop-based virtualization applications which are classified as full virtualization types, there are many limitations. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the Operating System as one of the courses taught from the field of computer science can still be supported technically deeper in terms of implementing practicum or courses taught in the campus laboratory area, with this research it is hoped that this server kvm system can be a solution for students and lecturers because it can be accessed freely without having to bump into shortcomings Lab computer specifications and can also be accessed directly by using student computer devices, such as laptops and even tablets both based on Android and IOS. With a centralized system on the server, students and lecturers can access the virtual server simply with npm and password that has been created, no need to repeat from scratch if their virtual machine is deleted or moved computers.

A company is established to seek maximum profit and to maintain the viability of their bussines. Bussines continuity can be achieved if the goods or services offered can be accepted by consumers. It is therefore important for companies to learn sales system, Sales is one important aspect of a company. One way that is used to increase sales is by using credit sales. Which of the credit sales will cause accounts to be controlled and should be evaluated for collectibity. On the basic of the above conditions is necessary to determine the role of sales system in relation to the collectability of receivables. The study aims to determine the adequacy of the implementation of the sales system, to determine the collectability of accounts receivable company, and to detenninethe role of sales system in relation to the collectability of receivables. Tujuan penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada CV Mitra Tani Farm ditinjau dari rasio likuiditas yang dihitung berdasarkan Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio , rasio solvabilitas yang dihitung berdasarkan Debt to total asset ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio. Data yang diolah yaitu data laporan keuangan perusahaan CV Mitra Tani Farm periode 2018-2021. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yaitu proses data dalam bentuk angka-angka sebagai alat untuk menganalisa. Analisis dengan membandingkan rasio keuangan dari satu periode ke periode lainnya yang dimana analisis rasio yang digunakan yaitu analisis rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari rasio likuiditas dan rasio solvabilitas. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan dari rasio likuiditas dilihat dari current ratio perusahaan dalam keadaan baik dan dilihat dari quick ratio perusahaan dalam keadaan kurang baik, dari rasio solvabilitas dilihat dari debt to asset ratio dan debt to equity ratio perusahaan dalam keadaan kurang baik. Salah satu penyebab terjadinya kerugian pada perusahaan adalah kesalahan manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan karena informasi yang kurang baik dan tidak akurat. Dalam operasional pembelian pada perusahaan yang besar dan memiliki berbagai cabang tentu akan riskan terjadinya kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Cabang Giant Yasmin Bogor. Pengendalian internal pembelian diperlukan untuk menjaga aset perusahaan. Dalam hal ini, sistem informasi akuntansi tentunya menjadi peranan penting bagi suatu perusahaan untuk efektifitas pengendalian kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Cabang Giant Yasmin Bogor menunjukan bahwa pengendalian internal dalam perusahaan sudah cukup baik, Meskipun dari hasil penelitian penulis menemukan kelemahan terkait pengendalian internal yaitu tidak adanya bagian khusus pembelian pada cabang Giant. Sedangkan Sistem informasi akuntansi pembelian yang diterapkan sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan terkomputerisasi sesuai dengan standar operasional yang ada. Sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan salah satu sarana untuk manejemen dalam melakukan pengendalian internal yang berkaitan dengan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas agar pelaksanaannya dapat berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas merupakan hal yang penting karena merupakan suatu kegiatan yang saling berkesinambungan. Dimana penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang terjadi nantinya akan dijadikan sebuah laporan keuangan untuk diberikan kepada direktur agar divalidasi dan diotorisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, mengetahui pengendalian internal kas, dan untuk mengetahui sitem informasi Akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kan terhadap pengendalian internal kas. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan objek penelitian berdasarkan fakta dan data yang ada di subjek penelitian kemudian di Tarik menjadi suatu kesimpulan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas di PT. Embrio Biotekindo masih belum memadai karena sistem yang digunakan perusahaan tidak berkesinambungan antara penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Pengendalian internal kas di PT. Embrio Biotekindo mempunyai tujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat agar dapat berguna bagi perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Dengan dibantu komponen yang mencangkup pengerndalian internal kas seperti lingkungan pengendalian, manajemen resiko, aktivitas pengendalian, informasi dan komunikasi, serta pemantauan. Sistem informasi Akuntansi penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas terhadap pengendalian internal kas di PT Embrio Biotekindo dapat meningkatkan pengendalian internal kas karena segala transaksi atas penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dapat terdata pada sistem. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas operasionalnya, perusahaan memerlukan berbagai sumber pendanaan. Sumber pendanaan dapat diperoleh dari modal internal (laba ditahan) dan modal eksternal (kreditur dan atau pemilik). Keputusan pembiayaan melalui kebijakan hutang perlu dipertimbangkan secara cermat dengan memperhitungkan beban bunga yang berdampak menekan profitabilitas dan meningkatkan rasio leverage perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh dividen, struktur aset, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur kategori food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2020. Pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang terpilih adalah sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengambil dokumentasi laporan keuangan dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) dan mengunduh situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia di www.idx.co.id. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier berganda dengan alat SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa deviden berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Selanjutnya struktur aset memiliki pengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Selanjutnya Variabel deviden, struktur aset, profitabilitas, dan dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of compliance audit at The 101 Suryakancana Bogor Hotel, knowing the achievement of Bogor 101 The Hotel Suryakancana through a predetermined procedural policy, and knowing whether compliance audit is influential in achieving the 101 The Suryakancana Bogor Hotel goal. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This method aims to understand the phenomena that occur based on existing theories compared to practice when conducting research in the field. The author explains the implementation of compliance audit, achievement of organizational objectives, and compliance audit as a tool to achieve organizational goals. The results showed that the implementation of compliance audit at The 1O1 Suryakencana Hotel Bogor was conducted through five stages: audit planning, audit testing and evaluation, reporting of audit findings, recommendations and monitoring and follow-up. Audit Compliance at The 1O1 Suryakencana Bogor Hotel can be said to be "Good" because it has an average value of 5 in period I and period II auditing and does not experience a change in criteria. In its achievement and service goals, The 1O1 Suryakencana Bogor Hotel has provisions and standards or SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and rules regarding grooming for employees to provide a good image to guests staying at the hotel. The implementation of grooming and SOP regarding the arrival of guests has been carried out well, but there are several stages and rules that are not obeyed by the relevant department staff, so the stages and rules cannot be fully achieved. The implementation of compliance audit at The 1O1 Suryakencana Hotel Bogor has been running well, especially in hotel services, evidenced by reduced audit findings in period I and period II and findings between period I and period II are not the same and not repeated. Additionally, hotel revenue receipts after the first audit period experienced an increase in the following month Achievement of the objectives of the hotel is increasingly achieved. Satisfaction and comfort of guests or customers are also fulfilled supported by the image provided by the hotel through its employees and compliance with applicable procedures.
