Abstract
This book has been designed as clinical record book for the Adult Health Nursing-I students as per the new syllabus provided by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi. Though this clinical record book is designed for students as per the curriculum requirements of BSc nursing students, it also emphasizes on easy evaluation of students through checklists and evaluation criteria included in this book. The content of the book has been organized as per the requirements of Semester-III. The record book sincerely hopes to retain its original aim of providing a comprehensive understanding of clinical concepts related to medical surgical nursing in a ‘user-friendly’ and ‘easy-to-follow‘ manner. We hope that students will learn to record their clinical skills and enhance their practical knowledge of subject thoroughly.
