The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by large technology companies evolves rapidly due to investments and the need to lead the vanguard in the "tech" market. ChatGPT opens the challenge of how this type of tool can affect education (Moreno-Padilla, 2019) and, specifically, music education for the research that is presented below. The objective of the research is to establish the different didactic possibilities for the teacher and professional musician derived from the use of Artificial Intelligence applications. For this, the perspective of qualitative methodology is used, through content analysis, in order to know the characteristics of these technological tools in the musical field today. As conclusions, among others, 1) the development of AI allows the teacher and professional musician to optimize creative processes and didactic-musical resources through the supervision and selection of academic content by the professional specialist in education and musical interpretation, among others, 2) the implementation of AI in education poses new challenges for the teacher in the classroom (Ocaña-Férnandez et al., 2019) such as plagiarism in academic work as an emerging concern today.
