... [Show full abstract] people). Concerted efforts were conducted through workshops, meetings and field research. As result, the proposed management actions aim at reconciling the conservation requirements with the need to human development. They are centred on: (i) restoration of natural habitat and species; (ii) eco-development; (iii) sustainable use of natural resources; (iv) promotion of a sustainable tourism and (v) environmental education. The management plan provides a management zoning that determines and regulates the appropriate uses for different natural habitats. It suggests also, modalities for its implementation in the framework of a sustainable partnership.
