This research paper aims to investigate the role of AI in teacher education, including its potential benefits, drawbacks, and challenges. The paper explores how AI can improve the quality of teacher education, enhance teachers' skills, and facilitate personalized learning. The research also highlights the ethical, social, and cultural implications of AI in teacher education. The paper concludes that AI has the potential to transform teacher education, but it requires careful implementation and ethical considerations.

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing the way we interact with technology and the way we live our lives. It has the
potential to revolutionize the field of education, especially teacher education. This research paper aims to investigate
the role of AI in teacher education, including its potential benefits, drawbacks, and challenges. The paper explores
how AI can improve the quality of teacher education, enhance teachers' skills, and facilitate personalized learning.
The research also highlights the ethical, social, and cultural implications of AI in teacher education. The paper
concludes that AI has the potential to transform teacher education, but it requires careful implementation and ethical
considerations.

Introduction
Artificial Intelligence can be defined as machines that can perform the tasks that humans carry out through their
thinking.(Dörfler, 2022) The usage of Artificial intelligence is growing at an unprecedented rate & it is rapidly
changing the aspects of human life. (Xue & Wang, 2022a) In recent years the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) &
Learning Analytics (LA) have effectively been introduced in the field of education. (Salas-Pilco et al., 2022)
Education includes many aspects of teaching & learning and it involves both school education and higher education.
Teacher education is an integral part of our education system as it serves as a mean of shaping the future. There is a
close positive correlation between the college teachers and higher education. (Deng et al., 2022) The National
Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has defined Teacher Education as a programme of education, research &
training of persons to teach students of pre-primary to higher education. The ultimate aim of teacher education is to
develop skills and competencies in the prospective teachers so that it enables them to meet the requirements of
teaching profession and prepare them to meet future needs.(Lal & Jamal, 2021) It is important to understand that
Artificial Intelligence can support teachers, through the provision of educational applications, in the same way as
these technologies are reshaping other fields.(Salas-Pilco et al., 2022). “The main purpose of developing artificial
intelligence is to make computer combined with mechanical equipment competent for some complex work which
usually needs human intelligence and greatly reduce the burden of human beings”.(Xue & Wang, 2022b)
“The current paper begins with the exploration of artificial intelligence, this paper then talks about the development
process of AI in teacher education, discusses the current educational methods and the theory of teacher development
stage of higher education, it mainly analyzes the problems existing in the current situation of higher education, finds
out the reasonable solutions and the balance basis point in line with the characteristics of artificial intelligence, and
organically combines the two.”

Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The term Artificial Intelligence was first coined and used by John McCarthy in the year 1956 during a two month
long workshop held at Dartmouth College, US. (Zawacki-Richter et al., 2019) But even before this, evidences
suggests that artificial intelligence had been talked about. M.A. Turing in his paper Computing Machinery &
Intelligence (1950) wrote, “We may hope that machines will eventually compete with men in all purely intellectual
fields”.(Turing.Pdf, n.d.) His predictions seems correct as we come across ChatGPT in the year 2022. Artificial
Intelligence is also called as the machine intelligence. A machine (computer system) mimics the human intelligence.
Knowingly or unknowingly artificial intelligence has become an integral part of our lives.(Arya & Yadav, 2021) It
is widely being used during online shopping, browsing internet, travelling using GPS. Efforts are continuously being
made by academicians to integrate AI in education for carrying out task automation, personalized learning, providing
universal access, smart content creation, teaching the teacher, identifying classroom weakness, 24/7 assistance.(Top
7 Ways Artificial Intelligence Is Used in Education, n.d.) The integration of AI in education has the potential to
transform the way teachers are trained and to enhance the quality of teacher education. India has been at the forefront
of the adoption of AI in education but we need to identify the challenges and opportunities it presents. The rate of
adoption of AI in education is comparatively low as compared to other fields, such as medicine, industry, and
finance. The present study provides some evidence-based educational innovations through the application of AI in
teacher education. These applications have several purposesfor example, to visualize pre- and in-service teachers’
behaviors and interactions, to assess their video-based oral presentations through automatic scoring, to introduce AI
literacy to in-service teachers, etc.
The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Teacher Education:
Improving the Quality of Teacher Education
AI can play a crucial role in improving the quality of teacher education. Artificial intelligence is becoming an integral
part of smart ICT based apps targeted for digital learning in India.(Importance of AI in Improving the Quality of
Education in India - India Today, n.d.). One of the significant challenges in teacher education is ensuring that
teachers have a strong foundation in the subject matter they teach. AI can provide teachers with access to high-
quality educational resources and learning materials that are tailored to their individual needs. AI can also help
teachers identify knowledge gaps and provide feedback on areas where they need improvement. Teachers can seek

“ways to improve teaching skills” on both Google and open AI ChatGPT.
Enhancing Teachers' Skills
AI can also enhance teachers' skills by providing them with access to a range of tools and resources that can help
them become better educators. For example, AI-powered assessment tools can provide teachers with real-time
feedback on student performance, enabling them to adjust their teaching strategies to better meet the needs of their
students. AI can also help teachers to personalize learning, creating lessons that are tailored to the individual needs
of their students. Educational Institutions like the Kendriya Vidyalayas that follow CBSE syllabus have already
introduced AI to their students. Humanoid robots are assisting teachers in the classrooms at Indus International
School, Hyderabad.(Nataraj, 2022) Many schools that follow IB curriculum have already taken the initiative and
introduced AI as a part of the newly introduced robotics subject.
Facilitating Personalized Learning
AI can facilitate personalized learning by providing teachers with access to a range of tools and resources that can
help them create personalized learning experiences for their students.AI has the potential to enrich student’s
experience (Qadir, 2022). For example, AI can help teachers to identify students' learning styles, interests, and
abilities and use this information to develop lessons that are tailored to each student's individual needs. AI can also
help teachers to track students' progress and adjust their teaching strategies accordingly. A personalized learning
environment can analyze student performance data in real time and automatically provide customized content,
learning parameters and feedback. It also allows teachers to better understand student performance and as a result,
teachers can design effective learning plans for their students”. (Wadhwa, n.d.).

Access to High-Quality Educational Resources
One of the most significant challenges in teacher education is ensuring that teachers have a strong foundation in the
subject matter they teach. AI can provide teachers with access to high-quality educational resources and learning
materials that are tailored to their individual needs. For example, the Global Teaching Insights Report found that
many teachers in developing countries face significant barriers in accessing high-quality educational resources. But
post pandemic the scenario is rapidly changing. The ‘ICUBE 2020’ report by IAMAI and Kantar indicates that the
usage of internet which is pre requisite of adopting artificial intelligence continues to grow in India. It is stated that
the number of active internet users are expected to grow and reach 900+ Million by
2025.(KANTAR_ICUBE_2020_Report_C1.Pdf, n.d.). AI can help bridge the gap by providing teachers with access
to a range of educational resources, such as online lectures, educational videos, and e-books.
Identifying Knowledge Gaps
AI can also help identify knowledge gaps and provide feedback on areas where teachers need improvement. By
analyzing teacher performance data, AI systems can identify areas where teachers may need further development or
support. This information can then be used to create targeted professional development programs that help address
those gaps.
Identifying Learning Styles
One of the critical aspects of teacher education is to develop teachers' skills in identifying and catering to various
learning styles of their students. AI can help teachers to identify students' learning styles and provide
recommendations for adapting teaching methods. For example, an AI system can analyze data on how a student
interacts with an online learning system to infer their learning style and recommend instructional strategies that cater
to that style.
Adaptive Learning
AI systems can provide adaptive learning experiences that cater to the needs of individual learners. Adaptive learning
is a teaching method that uses AI algorithms to adjust the difficulty and complexity of the learning content to match
the individual's learning pace and ability. By using AI to personalize learning, teachers can help students develop
more significant mastery over the subject matter and improve their learning outcomes.
Continuous Professional Development
National Educational Policy 2020 has emphasized on the professional development of teachers. AI can provide
opportunities for continuous professional development for teachers in many ways. For example, AI systems can
provide feedback on teacher performance, highlighting areas where they may need further development.
Additionally, AI systems can provide recommendations for professional development opportunities that are tailored
to the specific needs of individual teachers.
Challenges and Drawbacks:
Ethical and Social Implications:
The integration of AI in teacher education raises significant ethical and social implications. For example, there are
concerns about the potential bias in AI algorithms, which may perpetuate social inequalities. There are also concerns
about data privacy and security, as AI systems collect large amounts of data about students and teachers. Humanities
department judge their students based on their essays. Doctorates are awarded on the basis of composition of thesis.
There are concerns that if the process of writing essays gets automated then what would be the consequences with
respect to originality and ethical values? (Thurzo et al., 2023) It is argued by several researchers that generative AI
will raise ethical concerns as students might use AI in an appropriate manner to secure marks.(Qadir, 2022)

Technical Challenges:
There are also technical challenges associated with the implementation of AI in teacher education. For example, AI
systems require significant computational resources, which may not be available in all educational settings. There
are also challenges associated with the design and development of AI systems, including ensuring their accuracy,
reliability, and validity.
Cultural Challenges:
AI may also face cultural challenges in teacher education. For example, there may be resistance to the use of AI in
education from some teachers and educators, who may feel that it threatens their professional autonomy.AI
technologies interact with globally diverse societies and cultures, with different values and interpretive practices,
this results in cultural incongruences. This issue needs to be addressed. (Prabhakaran et al., n.d.)
Combating Plagiarism in Research
The open AI Chabot sources like the ChatGPT help in text generation but without any proper citation, if a researcher
passes a text generated by AI without proper citing the source or without the consent of the copyright holder then
this might lead him/her in legal dispute.(Thurzo et al., 2023)
Findings ways towards appropriate and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence in Education
Respect for privacy
Attempt should be made to safeguard the personal data of the users, especially students. Educators should make
students aware of the fact that the data their personal data are being collected as per their consent. The objective of
using AI in education is to focus on learning outcomes and for learning, trust is an essential component. The data
provided by the users/students shouldn’t be mishandled in any way.(Mhlanga, 2023)
Fair evaluation or biased evaluation?
There is a possibility that AI can exhibit biases, particularly in the language that it was trained on. Educators should
pay attention on any biases while using AI as an evaluation tool. If AI is used to evaluate and assign grades to essays
written by underrepresented group and the results are biased, it would result in accelerating the marginalization of
the already marginalized group.(Mhlanga, 2023) There are many stages of the deep-learning process that bias can
slip through and currently, our standard design procedures simply aren't aptly equipped to identify them”.(6 Biggest

AI can never replace classroom teachers
People have been interacting with AI since years, teachers need to use AI for executing their pedagogical processes
and objectives. AI can assist teacher but would not replace them. The teacher should act as a facilitator and mediator
in the adoption of AI in order to enhance their pedagogical practices. (Queiroz et al., 2022) Although bold statements
like, “Robots will replace teacher by 2027” has been made by British Education expert Anthony Seldon. But the act
of teaching is complex and, while technology will inevitably influence the judgment and practice of teachers, it is
not possible to reduce that complexity to a set of algorithms”. (Batchelor & Petersen, 2019) Creativity, inventions
and originality can be brought in the classroom by a teacher through his/her rich experience. AI is run by
preprogrammed algorithms, it lacks the talent, experience originality and critical perspective of a teacher. (Mhlanga,
2023)

Accuracy of Information
An incorrect piece of information can feed wrong knowledge related to history, geography, mathematics or science
into the minds of the learners can lead to misunderstanding and misconception. (Mhlanga, 2023) Accurate
information is crucial to nearly every professional and academic discipline because facts are the only way humans
can ascertain truth(Why Is Accurate Information Important?, n.d.). Emphasis has been laid upon gathering of
accurate information ever since ICT has been adopted in various fields. “The knowledge economy is extraordinarily
hungry for information. According to a report published by the American Marketing Association $5.5 Billion was
spent by U.S. corporations on market research in 2001.(Sutcliffe & Weber, 2003) It is important to ascertain that the
information/knowledge received with the usage of AI is accurate in all respect.
Need to learn about the limitations of AI
AI doesn’t display any ethics or creativity as compared to human intelligence. It is true that computers work
efficiently but the lack emotions which is essential for effective team work. (Top Advantages and Disadvantages of
Artificial Intelligence [2023 Edition], 2021). Even though technological advancements have been rapidly extending
in recent years, there are still some hardware limitations like limited computation resources (for RAM and GPU
cycles) that can serve as a limitation on the usage of AI. (6 Biggest Limitations of Artificial Intelligence Technology
| HackerNoon, n.d.) The popular AI chatbot chatGPT itself states that it comes with limitations such as, may generate
incorrect information, it may produce harmful instructions or biased content and it has limited knowledge of world
and events after 2021.
Conclusion
The potential of AI in teacher education is significant, but its implementation requires careful consideration of
ethical, social, technical, and cultural factors. While AI has the potential to improve the quality of teacher education,
enhance teachers' skills, and facilitate personalized learning, it also raises concerns about data privacy, bias, and
cultural acceptability. To ensure that AI is used to its fullest potential in teacher education, it is essential to develop
a comprehensive framework that ensures its proper usage. Artificial intelligence (AI) has been increasingly used in
various fields to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and education is no exception. The use of AI in education,
specifically in teacher education, has the potential to revolutionize the way educators are trained and improve the
quality of education in general. AI systems can provide personalized and adaptive learning experiences that cater to
the individual needs of learners, enhancing the effectiveness of teaching methods. This paper has aimed to examine
the role of AI in teacher education, its potential benefits, drawbacks, and challenges. Additionally, this research
paper investigates the ethical, social, and cultural implications and limitations of AI in teacher education.

Competency-based training focuses both on the development of capabilities, skills and knowledge as well as on education in values, experiences and attitudes that, when integrated, are aimed at the successful performance of the student. In this sense, active methodologies, and project-based learning (PBL) specifically, provide an opportunity for students to apply and develop skills in real situations and through teamwork, taking advantage of the potential of the application of information technologies information and communication (ICT), such as artificial intelligence. In this context, this research is developed, which aims to assess the methodology applied in the experience of project-based learning and Artificial Intelligence in the online training of mechanical engineers. The experience is developed in the Mechanical Engineering degree at two universities (National University of San Agustín de Arequipa, Perú and the Technological University of Havana, Cuba) in two subjects respectively: Mathematical logical reasoning and Pedagogy and didactics of higher education. The analysis is carried out based on the achievement indicators: approved, disapproved, abandonments and withdrawals; and allows for a comparative study between 2022 and 2023 that offers valuable results in the online training process of these students. The methodology, the analysis carried out and the impact obtained constitute a motivating guide for higher education today.

Artificial intelligence (AI) integration in education is expanding globally due to machine learning and big data advancements. AI has the potential to revolutionize teaching and learning practices by providing personalised experiences and enhancing engagement. However, it also raises concerns regarding technology infrastructure and ethical considerations. This study investigates the integration of AI in secondary religious studies in Lesotho, focusing on teachers' perspectives. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 secondary religious studies teachers in Lesotho using an interpretive paradigm and qualitative approach. Thematic analysis identified patterns and themes within the data, revealing that teachers perceive AI as improving teaching efficiency and student learning outcomes. However, concerns about access, ethical use, and pedagogical implications remain significant. Recommendations include policy initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and targeted teacher training programs. This study provides insights into the adoption of AI in educational contexts, highlighting the benefits and challenges specific to Lesotho's secondary religious studies curriculum.

English is the second language in the Philippines and is imperative in the contemporary global landscape. However, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) compelled educational institutions to explore its implications. One is the QuillBot, which provides learners with an opportunity for academic output with enhanced grammar, vocabulary, and writing coherence. Despite its innate negative notion, various AI-powered language learning tools became the learners' reliable friends in improving their academic writing skills. Thus, this study aimed to explore Filipino senior high school learners' experiences and the factors affecting their utilization. This study utilized a qualitative research design and Saldaña's (2009) coding process to analyze the data gathered. Findings revealed various benefits and drawbacks of QuillBot for learners' language writing skills. The learners highlight the features that helped improve their writing skills and the possibility of overreliance on it. On the other hand, the COVID-19 pandemic, to make writing more convenient and faster, and avoiding plagiarism are the factors that emerged from the analyzed data. The pedagogical implications of incorporating the AI-powered tool QuillBot into the curricula should be investigated, emphasizing the possibility of combining AI tools with traditional teaching methods in improving the English language skills balanced with learners' critical thinking skills.

This study aimed to evaluate the role of AI in preschool from the perspective of preschool teachers. The research group consisted of 101 preschool teachers. The study group was selected according to the easily accessible case sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods. The study was a phenomenology, which is a qualitative research design. Qualitative data were collected using a semi-structured interview form. Data were analyzed using inductive content analysis. As a result of the analyses, the participants stated they did not feel sufficient regarding Al literacy and competencies. The participants also emphasized that using AI in preschool was appropriate and would improve children’s skills, such as AI literacy and computational thinking. Moreover, they stated that using AI in preschool would cause privacy and security concerns for different reasons, such as not protecting personal data, using children’s pictures, and providing false and misleading information. The participants stated that they were worried about the implementation process of Al due to lack of content knowledge, lack of infrastructure, physical structure of the classroom, and lack of materials. In addition, participants emphasized that if the existing concerns were eliminated, AI could be easily integrated into the preschool period. In addition, it was determined that most participants had problems in modeling and drawing a model related to AI.

Artificial intelligence (AI) education empowers teachers to enhance the educational process. Although conventional face-to-face or fully online training methods each have their strengths, they do not fully address challenges such as the rapid pace of AI advancements, differences in teachers’ ability to grasp AI knowledge, and the need for flexible scheduling. The hybrid-flexible (HyFlex) teaching approach integrates the benefits of both methods and offers new possibilities for AI training for teachers. However, in-depth research on the practical impacts and implementation pathways for this model in AI teacher training is limited. To address this gap, we explored three key questions: (1) how to implement HyFlex in AI teacher training; (2) teachers’ engagement and satisfaction in AI training and the corresponding learning outcomes; and (3) how engagement influences teachers’ satisfaction and AI competence. Specifically, we developed a HyFlex teacher training model aimed at enhancing teachers’ AI competence and evaluated its effectiveness in a practical application. The results indicate that (1) The flexibility of HyFlex resulted in higher teacher engagement in the AI course training process, contributing to higher learning outcomes and higher teacher attitudes towards the HyFlex model. (2) The flexibility of learning styles and times in HyFlex implementation and the reusability of AI learning materials help to accommodate teachers from different educational backgrounds. (3) Emotional engagement significantly influences training satisfaction and AI competence in AI teacher training. This study provides valuable insights for future practical applications in AI teacher training and the dissemination of the HyFlex model.

This study investigates the effectiveness of AI-assisted strategies in enhancing university preparatory students' proficiency in the English Present Perfect Tense. Utilising a qualitative research design, the research involved N=18 participants who engaged in pre- and post-writing tasks, AI-assisted interactive discussions, and post-study surveys. These activities were designed to assess improvements in grammar proficiency, focusing on the Present Perfect Tense, while also examining how AI tools influence students’ self-regulated learning (SRL) behaviours. Findings reveal that 72% (N=13) of participants demonstrated significant improvements in their writing, particularly in tense usage. Participants reported that AI-powered chatbots provided immediate, descriptive feedback, which helped them understand complex grammatical structures and expand their vocabulary. Additionally, the chatbots promoted learner autonomy, allowing students to regulate their learning process effectively. However, some challenges were noted, including the limited voice interaction capabilities of current AI tools and the need for richer contextual examples. The study concludes that AI tools hold significant potential in supporting language learning, enhancing both grammar skills and learner autonomy. The findings call for further research on the integration of AI in language pedagogy to explore its long-term effects and its capacity to create immersive language learning environments.

In the intelligent era, information-based teaching is the trend of education reform in colleges and universities, and improving teachers’ information-based teaching ability has become an inevitable requirement for education and teaching in colleges and universities. According to the constituent elements of university teachers’ teaching ability, this paper proposes a scheme to improve teachers’ teaching ability by using virtual reality technology to build a virtual teaching and research room, introducing data sharing technology based on blockchain and federated learning, and creating a smart teaching environment in universities. Several experiments are conducted to measure the key pair generation time of this paper’s scheme in SGX and non-SGX environments, as well as the total time of the whole sharing system. Divide the experimental group of virtual teaching and research rooms into the traditional group, compare the effectiveness of pre- and post-tests, and verify the practicality of virtual teaching and research room construction. The comparison shows the level of informational teaching achieved by teachers in colleges and universities after smart teaching environments were constructed, when combined with the questionnaire data. Following the implementation of the smart teaching environment for teaching and research, 45.67% of teachers regularly engage in informational teaching, while less than 2% do not. This trend may partially correlate with their age.

The current descriptive study explored teachers' perspectives on integrating artificial intelligence in higher education institutions. The study's population was comprised of all males and females (N = 220). Instructors are working in various departments of the faculty of social sciences at public universities in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. A sample of one hundred and sixty teachers (N= 160), including forty-one males (M, 41) and one hundred and nineteen females (F, 119), were chosen through convenient sampling from the faculty of social sciences departments to accomplish this research. The questionnaire was utilized as a research tool to collect data. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation percentage, and frequency utilizing the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results indicated a positive perception of teachers towards the integration of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education Institutions. Based on the findings, the study recommended that higher educational institutions should focus on organizing AI-focused teacher training, ensuring access to essential AI resources, integrating AI into curricula, addressing ethical concerns, and launching pilot programs to facilitate effective AI adoption in education. These steps can support educators in leveraging AI tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

In this intellectual work, the clinical and educational aspects of dentistry were confronted with practical applications of artificial intelligence (AI). The aim was to provide an up-to-date overview of the upcoming changes and a brief analysis of the influential advancements in the use of AI in dental education since 2020. In addition, this review provides a guide for a dental curriculum update for undergraduate and postgraduate education in the context of advances in AI applications and their impact on dentistry. Unsurprisingly, most dental educators have limited knowledge and skills to assess AI applications, as they were not trained to do so. Also, AI technology has evolved exponentially in recent years. Factual reliability and opportunities with OpenAI Inc.’s ChatGPT are considered critical inflection points in the era of generative AI. Updating curricula at dental institutions is inevitable as advanced deep-learning approaches take over the clinical areas of dentistry and reshape diagnostics, treatment planning, management, and telemedicine screening. With recent advances in AI language models, communication with patients will change, and the foundations of dental education, including essay, thesis, or scientific paper writing, will need to adapt. However, there is a growing concern about its ethical and legal implications, and further consensus is needed for the safe and responsible implementation of AI in dental education.

p>Engineering education is constantly evolving to keep up with the latest technological developments and meet the changing needs of the engineering industry. One promising development in this field is the use of generative artificial intelligence technology, such as the ChatGPT conversational agent. ChatGPT has the potential to offer personalized and effective learning experiences by providing students with customized feedback and explanations, as well as creating realistic virtual simulations for hands-on learning. However, it is important to also consider the limitations of this technology. ChatGPT and other generative AI systems are only as good as their training data and may perpetuate biases or even generate and spread misinformation. Additionally, the use of generative AI in education raises ethical concerns such as the potential for unethical or dishonest use by students and the potential unemployment of humans who are made redundant by technology. While the current state of generative AI technology represented by ChatGPT is impressive but flawed, it is only a preview of what is to come. It is important for engineering educators to understand the implications of this technology and study how to adapt the engineering education ecosystem to ensure that the next generation of engineers can take advantage of the benefits offered by generative AI while minimizing any negative consequences.</p

In Chinese colleges, teachers’ teaching level and proficiency in business knowledge are an important part of maintaining the knowledge system of colleges and universities. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching level of Chinese colleges and improve the knowledge reserve of college students, we should spare no effort to develop and improve the professional level of each teacher. The research on teacher training mode based on the development of teachers’ teaching ability is of great significance to the development of colleges and the improvement of teaching quality. The new generation of artificial intelligence plays a pivotal role in the training of college teachers. This paper randomly selects 897 undergraduate teachers from 10 private colleges in a certain region of China who participate in higher teacher training for research. It mainly studies the application effect of several typical artificial intelligence technologies in evaluating higher teacher education and training. Specifically, the paper uses artificial intelligence as a carrier to predict the performance indicators of the three main modules involved in higher teacher education and training. The prediction results of several artificial intelligence techniques show that the support vector machine method based on immune algorithm optimization corresponds to the largest coefficient of determination and the smallest root mean square error. Therefore, it predicts the best. Furthermore, the comparison results between the predicted data and the measured data show that the artificial intelligence technology has a better prediction effect on the three module indicators. At the same time, there is a good exponential function relationship between the prediction data corresponding to the two main modules of organization and personnel.

In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) and learning analytics (LA) have been introduced into the field of education, where their use has great potential to enhance the teaching and learning processes. Researchers have focused on applying these technologies to teacher education, as they see the value of technology for educating. Therefore, a systematic review of the literature on AI and LA in teacher education is necessary to understand their impact in the field. Our methodology follows the PRISMA guidelines, and 30 studies related to teacher education were identified. This review analyzes and discusses the several ways in which AI and LA are being integrated in teacher education based on the studies’ goals, participants, data sources, and the tools used to enhance teaching and learning activities. The findings indicate that (a) there is a focus on studying the behaviors, perceptions, and digital competence of pre- and in-service teachers regarding the use of AI and LA in their teaching practices; (b) the main data sources are behavioral data, discourse data, and statistical data; (c) machine learning algorithms are employed in most of the studies; and (d) the ethical clearance is mentioned by few studies. The implications will be valuable for teachers and educational authorities, informing their decisions regarding the effective use of AI and LA technologies to support teacher education.

Artificial intelligence has entered an unprecedented period of rapid growth and is completely changing all aspects of life. The state needed a comprehensive curriculum, but how to get the way to artificial intelligence+curriculum is still not discussed in the curriculum. In view of this, this article combines artificial intelligence to promote research on teaching reform, which is aimed at encouraging the implementation of artificial intelligence education and promoting the development of cognitive and pedagogical skills. This object uses the query analysis method to collect the data and analyzes the data based on the distribution technology and the new technological process. It concludes that in life, teachers know more about common artificial intelligence products, such as sound aids , graphics, identity, fingerprint recognition, and smart home. Among teachers using artificial intelligence products, the most frequently used is mobile APP teaching, followed by teachers’ online training platforms. Some teachers use automatic correction assignment systems in teaching, with the help of intelligent classrooms, robotic assistants, and other major future teaching intelligent products. The impact of artificial intelligence on teachers themselves is reducing the teaching workload and improving information literacy. Of course, there are very few teachers who think that artificial intelligence has little or no relationship with teacher professional development. Teachers recognize the role of artificial intelligence. 52.1% of teachers think that artificial intelligence is very helpful to the professional development of teachers. 32.3% of teachers think that artificial intelligence is more helpful to their professional development. 12.5% of teachers recognize artificial intelligence. In general, only 3.1% of teachers believe that artificial intelligence is not helpful to their professional development.

Technology advances quickly, responding to several concerns, possibilities, and challenges. As a result, it is impossible to neglect technology in today's modern life. Banks, hospitals, commerce, aviation, and schools are businesses that have already adopted technologies with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to deal with their demands and necessities. New models of robots and sophisticated machines often come to the market to help people with daily and repetitive tasks. The benefits of technology are clear. However, there are questions about human replacement by robots and machines of all kinds and formats. The new reality will surpass old traditional patterns. There is a shift to a new world with machines and robots, new employment qualifications, and job possibilities and opportunities. While some jobs will disappear, others will not be affected so drastically. These considerations have their foundation in the arguments presented at The World Economic Forum (2016), which states that the momentous change is underway, emphasising that our actions today will determine whether the change mainly results in massive displacement of workers or the emergence of new opportunities. Technology has a massive presence in the education. The numerous classes and learning vehicles available online are examples. The essence of teaching is expertise and interactions between teacher and students; nevertheless, the technical feasibility of supporting these processes is still low. People's interactions in education must not be composed of automatic actions of greetings and exchange of results of tasks. Success in the learning process demands a spontaneous exchange of feelings that permeate human interactions. These spontaneous feelings (care, affection, attention, for instance) are not yet shared, experimented with, and expressed by machines. It is a fact that technology is present in our lives (from a simple cell phone to sophisticated AI machines) and affects our routines and lives in one way or another. AI is not new. People have been interacting with AI for years. It is a technology that is here to stay, and it has its presence in educational processes. Teachers should not fear it. Teachers need to face it and use it for the best pedagogical purposes possible. Teachers should never forget that they are the ones who embrace and adapts technology to their educational objectives, methods, and practices. The teacher's role is and will be essential in the educational process. The relationship with the students is still necessary. Based on the authors' experience, this paper emphasises that AI is an ally to help improve teaching. AI does not replace teachers. The myth of teachers' replacement cannot obscure the AI benefits to teachers' pedagogical practices. Teachers must believe in their role in the educational process and tailor AI technology to better fit their teaching methods and approaches. The paper presents some aspects of AI technology’s presence in people's routines and jobs, presenting the definition of AI and some applications in various sectors of society; it follows by presenting applications of technology based on AI in education. It highlights the role of the teacher as a facilitator and mediator in the adoption of AI to enhance teaching pedagogical practices. The paper also underlines the challenge of applying collaborative didactics to teaching, reasoning that AI complements these teaching practices, not replacing teachers.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is loosely defined as machines that can accomplish tasks that humans would accomplish through thinking. This definition does not say anything about AI achieving this performance in ways similar to how we humans do it, however. The term artificial intelligence is used with two meanings. On the one hand, it refers to (artificially) intelligent machines and the ways of making them; in this sense, AI is primarily computer science and engineering. On the other hand, AI is also a transdisciplinary field of studying these machines. AI gurus such as Herbert Simon often emphasized that studying AI involves studying the human mind, and if we get it right, we will understand both AI and the human mind better in the end. Therefore, the field of AI involves various branches of hard sciences and engineering, but beyond these also biology, psychology, and philosophy. Types of AI The term 'Artificial Intelligence' was coined by John McCarthy during a two-month workshop organized at Dartmouth College in summer 1956. At the time, only one program (see below) qualified for the name, so it was the result of philosophizing about what computers should be capable of. To unpack the concept of AI, it is useful to distinguish between the different types of AI and to delineate facts from beliefs in the process. In this section, the three main types of AI, namely symbolic reasoning systems, symbolic expert systems, and artificial neural networks (ANN) are examined.
