This study explored the adjustment of working millennials in the academe to the new normal following the COVID-19 pandemic. The study focuses on understanding how this generation adapts to changes in work settings, mental health challenges, and shifting professional demands. The goal is to offer valuable insights into supporting their well-being and efficiency in the evolving educational landscape. The study used a simple correlation research method to analyze the relationship between the profile of working millennials (age, sex, marital status, education, position, employment status, and salary) and their adjustment levels. Data was collected from 115 working millennials at Saint Louis College using a researcher-made 18-item questionnaire. The study found that most working millennials were highly adjusted to the new normal. Most participants were aged 27–30, single, female, and regular teaching staff earning Php20,000–25,000. However, financial concerns and career challenges significantly impacted their adjustment, and salary was notably related to their overall adjustment level. This is likely because salary significantly impacts the enthusiasm and drive to work hard and adjust to specific changes as the inflation rate increases over time. Millennials are also more attracted to employers offering progression opportunities and competitive wages. The study recommends pursuing postgraduate studies for career advancement, conducting seminars on adjustment and financial literacy, and implementing organizational programs to support cognitive and behavioral well-being.Financial assistance programs are also encouraged to address financial concerns effectively.

Teacher performance is critical for student academic success, yet many teachers still need additional support to develop their professional competencies fully. This study aimed to address this gap by developing a targeted professional development program for teachers designed to enhance teacher performance. Using a research and development (R&D) design, the study involved 352 teachers from three divisions in Ilocos Norte, selected through Slovin’s formula and stratified proportionate random sampling. Additionally, 21 teachers and 3 professional development program implementers participated in focus group discussions, while 8 experts validated the program’s content. Data were gathered using teacher performance rating forms, interview guides, and content validation instruments and were analyzed through mean scores and thematic analysis. Findings revealed that while teachers generally perform satisfactorily according to professional standards, there is still room for growth. Teachers expressed that participating in more research-based and needs-driven professional development programs would help them further enhance their skills. Based on these findings, experts developed and validated a program as highly suitable for implementation. It is recommended that the program be adopted widely to improve teacher performance and support continuous professional growth.

The study aimed to determine the acceptability of bamboo cutlery products, primarily tableware, to lessen the use of plastic cutleries and to be the most sought–after store offering eco-friendly and sustainable products by assisting in the elimination of single–use plastic waste while making a meaningful impact on the lives of the people in the Province of Ilocos Sur. The objective of the study is to promote the usage of eco-friendly products as a replacement for plastic cutleries; it serves as a contributor to the action needed by the government to combat environmental destruction and for environmental protection, and to preserve the culture of Ilokanos in using wooden or bamboo cutleries. Alongside the personal factors of the respondents, the extent of knowledge of the residents of Ilocos Sur about bamboo products was also identified about how feasible the bamboo cutlery once established. The study utilized the simple random sampling technique to determine the sample size of the respondents, which utilized frequency and percentage to determine the profile, familiarity, and marketability of bamboo products. The result showed a great familiarity with bamboo products, wherein the respondents stated their keen interest in such products. There is a "High" possibility that the feasibility of the Cubyertos de Kawayan will be established.

Self-actualization in various roles, role conflicts, and the determinants of role selection and of role performance are discussed. The use of the Rainbow in career education and in counseling is briefly considered.
