well received a grant from the American Government), support from the London School of Economics in the most difficult times of
a doctoral research, Russian Academy of Sciences, Academy of Natural Sciences and St. Petersburg State University (completed
doctoral dissertation), Georgian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Economics and Law, Academy of Economic Sciences of Georgia

The family of Revaz Lordkipanidze suffered from the terrible repression of the atheistic USSR, when the almost all former and

Today, in the form of theses, I will tell You about my very happy
recognition. This is really useful for all us news to better life of a human.
English version of genius Wikipedia relied on my work on perfect
competition to discuss the fundamental market issues (as opposed to some
classical errors, I argue that size and quantity may not be decisive for future
market) and cited me accordingly by my work published by our really
fantastically warmest and useful for modern Science ResearchGate (See

Everyone has their own talents and the sooner a “Person” discovers

Some still think that perfect competition is ideal when there are many
competitors and they are so small that they cannot influence the market.
This is not valid. A competitor may be large and we can have only two
players in the market, but roughly equal, when none of them can exert a
substantial - decisive influence to change the market.
Or at least if the market had one entity, the state should act as a
defender of competition (or as a careful creator, for example, in empty
villages), as well as a defender of the state border. Based on international
prices and local realities, natural or temporary monopoly should not be
allowed to show monopoly appetites. Regulation should be considered only
and only as a mechanism for protecting objective truth - effective
competition, and not aggressive influence or subjective lobbying for the
purpose of survival and self-aggrandizement. Sincere thanks to everyone
who congratulated me on this historic achievement, which is more than all
titles and prize awards we could receive, but for the well-being of future
generations, we could not have contributed to changes of such importance.
We should also understand that if a businessman only wants to make a
profit and only thinks about himself and does not love the customer, in the
end, the customer will not love him and his products either. Thus, this
awareness must be grasped by every modern entrepreneur if success is to
be practiced.
Internet or TV?
(Since the 70s of the last century, the question was born: Book or TV?
Now, in the 2020s we are already asking: Internet of Computers or TV?
Computer or Cinemas? Everything from the good past will be preserved,
but the scientific peaceful computer is winning)
As the people say, all times are beautiful. And in history, all times have brought
some benefit. But the modern era is distinguished by an unprecedented scientific jump
for the better, and this is a huge role of the computer.
Since the 70s of the last century, the question was born: Book or TV? Now, in the
2020s we are already asking: Internet of Computers or TV? Computer or Cinemas?...
Everything from the good past will be preserved, but the scientific peaceful computer
is winning.
According to my calculations, the greatest advantage of a computer is a significant
reduction in the time (almost 5 times) for searching and summarizing scientific
discoveries, which significantly (unprecedented) accelerates innovation-technical
progress.
In addition, a huge property of the computer in front of mankind is the possibility
of peaceful open relations and control over the incorrigible (unimprovable) elements
of global relations.
Incorrigible elements always exist in society (according to my calculations, at the
level of 5-10%). It is especially bad when such elements are in power and a joint effort
is needed to isolate them.
The oldest President of the United States - Joe
Biden, turned out to be, fortunately, the
wisest and most productive for the Economy
I monitored the results of the Presidents of the United States and got
very interesting conclusions:
1) A wise state economic policy can significantly accelerate the
economic enrichment of all sections of the population. This is exactly the
sound policy that Joe Biden has pursued during the most difficult times of
the COVID pandemic with the participation of many famous scientists and
got the best rating 115.5 by my integral indicator.
2) Experience and related wisdom enabled President Joe Biden to end
the longest war in American history. This is also of primarily needful for
future really Democratic Law [208] and Competitive Economy [209; 210].
Many years ago, one of my senior colleagues, Professor Shota Japaridze,
presented me with His book on the Presidents of the United States. Thanks
to Him for this - this book is a very good read in Georgian and has helped
me in my research.
Competition is Useful Instinct
Today it is very relevant to think about the causes of conflicts
and scientists think a lot about competition - some believe that it
is not needed at all and that competition leads to wars.
The classics of economics reasonably believed that the
invisible hand of competition makes entrepreneurs do more and so
society gets richer.
But the followers of the pioneers of economics did not develop
the reasoning correctly and came to the conclusion that
competition can become perfect if the number of competitors
grows indefinitely.
It is not right. Perfect competition is not the endless growth of
competitors. This will only really strain relations and cause eternal
wars.
In my opinion and justifications according to the laws of
physics, competition is useful instinct which cannot be eliminated
and this is perfect when natural - non-artificial conditions of efficiency,
quality and comfort are protected.

American Economy
By my calculations, the success of the American economy is mainly due to the caring
economic policies of President Joe Biden in the most difficult post-COVID era and growth with 1.0%
percent of American GDP increases the World Product by 0.25%in a chain reaction. My

caused by:
1) An economic policy of near-universal employment;

Technical capabilities have gone much further than they are
implemented in life. For examples in Economy, we can already pay
by word of mouth at the seller's checkout or make direct payments
without intermediaries.
Nevertheless, we do not use these opportunities at the minimum
level yet. According to my calculations, the world can be at least 3
times richer if we use these opportunities, but this is prevented by
some large hidden monopolies in the financial system and oil
production.
We do not oppose honest large banks and oil producers - they
are needed and will be in the new world, but there is no need to
interfere with innovations and scientists. Relationships will be
comfortable if the new exists with everything you need from the
past and with care for a person, especially for those who deserve it.
With scientific developments, I take part in sports tournaments
also with the participation of many experienced and young world
champions and when we train intelligently, we defeat even the
world champions in our abilities.

Competition is really a wonderful positive force, which operates not
only in human society. Even in nature, obviously, plants compete and
improve. But human is a thinking (rational) being and the more the
scientific level grows, we must not remake competition into a war between
countries.
Today, with an experienced Georgian professor G. Amkoladze, we
organized a very warm presentation of the current fantastic issue of our
Geomedi Journal "Modern Issues of Medicine and Management"

want to turn to reasonable really great people - scientists of the world -
wars are increasingly hindering to global healthcare and economic
development and let's follow the example of modern Americans (which
stopped the longest war), finish and generally prohibit war between
countries and strengthen world structures to the potential of stopping any
war (this is possible).
I have looked around and come to the conclusion that warring
countries often live 20-30 times poorer than more peaceful countries.
Let's not fight pointlessly.
Let's engage in useful mass sports.
For my simple little example, I, my son and even 6-year old grandson
are participating in the Tbilisi Charitable Peacemaking Marathon on this

My Theory in Economics is Summarized to Just Balance of State
Regulation and Private Self-Regulation and was very pleased when I read
new publication on ResearchGate about Science of Balance of ancient
Indian Yogis
As You know, to understand the economy, understanding of the structure of the Atom
helped me [204, 205, 206], and now all this has also been strengthened by the science of the ancient

The fantastic Teaching University Geomedi - a
bridge of friendship between Peoples and the
necessary open mutually beneficial relations for the
rise of Science
The world has endured the hardest time of the pandemic, which
still shows the hardest remnants. Science always saves the world in
such difficult times and it is very good when there are people among us
who understand this.
India and Africa have been hit hard by the pandemic and the
University of a small country - Georgia - Geomedi (Head of University
- Mrs. M. Pirtskhalava, Deputy of Rector Mr. Z. Tsetskhladze), despite
the very serious danger, has increased scientific-educational assistance
to affected regions of old wise India and Africa.
The staff (for example, Mr. I Bolokadze) of the University
continued the tradition of scientific devotion even in the conditions of
the reactionary USSR, when they created the largest medical library in
the Caucasus with roots from the legendary Medea.
There is a generation of winners over Covid-19 left in the world
and we wish everyone great success in the near future.
The need for cryptocurrencies in an
environment of free competition and what is

Cryptocurrency does not need my protection, but I want
to protect free competition by declaring a certain role for
cryptocurrencies.
I have previously stated that the world is moving towards
an open electronic currency, but this does not mean that
cryptocurrencies will disappear.
Also in business, commercial secrets are of paramount
importance, in elections - secret voting also has a certain role,
in personal relationships - a certain secrecy is also necessary, as
well secrecy is also needful even for reviewing scientific works
(so as not to influence over reviewers).

After my “fantastic” victory over super heavyweight athletes,
new Integral Grade of Market Competitiveness
I did not expect that with my weight of 65 kilograms, I could beat
heavyweights with 110 and hold the plank for almost 7 minutes. After such a
victory, I had a new surge of creative forces and I saw that it was necessary to
calculate a new integral indicator of the strength of market competitiveness.
As physics in economics has shown me, with an increase in the number and

min): This Saturday, I won a very memorable international charity
tournament - with the participation of thousands of people, including

pull-ups, we got into the plank and I won, I lasted almost 7 minutes, I
got up last, I could do more, I won and I didn't continue. It's quite
difficult. You should have seen how brave men like our miracle world
record-holder Talakhadze were falling here and there. We also
collected enough money for the treatment of leukemia patients. I

Excess Annoying Ad-promotions is worse
than even inactivity
My calculations showed that reasonable advertising can double business
efficiency on average.
Approximately such results were shown by actions in the public sector when
helping the poor. The poor with the received money buy goods in the market,
which stimulates local business.

The economic impact of the new healing method by my
sports competitions - how is it healthy for the voice and in
general to have some restraint in the breath?
(I did not get better example even from existing professional medical methods)
As this is known, after different long meetings, rallies, concerts, sports
trainings, lectures or scientific researches, people notice certain defects of sound.
Not suitable as an overload of sound, as well as not speaking for a long time.
I write a lot of scientific works, teach of students and run and suddenly felt
a problem with voice, despite my gold medal for singing in my school age.
Sports saved again. I held amateur records for swimming underwater and
can hold my breath for a long time.
Now, after such an accidental delay in the room, the voice, which was sick
and hoarse for 2 days, immediately returned and became strong.

My "Law" of Advertising and
the ratio of 1:17
In the modern era, when the computer has accelerated the formation of the
global market, like one big family, for recognition in this big family, we need
good advertising more and more.
According to my average calculations for the world economy, if we want to
sell 1,000,000 units of a normal quality product, we must reach 17,000,000 people
with our advertising.
For example, if You invite 100 guests on the Internet to view and rate Your
innovative Web-Page, on average, about 6 or 7 people will like it.
Naturally, extra advertising will hinder the development of our business, as
well as superfluous even high-quality products.
As You know, with an increase in the production of goods and services,
marginal costs are reduced, but there comes a time when the market is filled with
goods and additional costs are needed for implementation. Under such
conditions, the ratio of 1:17 does not work on the local market and it will be
necessary to transfer advertising to other spaces and take into account that when
moving material goods, transport costs may increase.

A completely different competitive world is coming - open democratic
relations throughout the world, the need for a clean environment and a healthy
lifestyle, but schemers and supporters of the former isolation and dictatorship
vehemently oppose it.
For example, it is completely incomprehensible to me why the well-known
Tesla company is so ruthlessly criticized, as if its organizers are going against the
Holy Faith and Humanity, while, on the contrary, this company offers the purest
technologies and huge savings from them.
By my calculations, for every percent growth of this company, the world will
receive almost 5% in various benefits, including raising living standards and
reducing poverty. And this is the result of a scientific approach and calculations,
and not chatter and anger.
I think, that the World Bank and the Governments and other macroeconomic
structures of the different countries (concerned in the purity of nature and a
better economy), should take into account result of these calculations.

I have recently become acquainted with Mr. Washington's above-
stated opinion on caution towards party competition, and I was very
pleased with the depth of thought of this great thinker. As You
remember, my physics-psychological generalizations led to similar
political-economy conclusions.
I want to metaphorically sum up my theory of perfect competition
with the opinion that competition can be perfect and will "shine"
better if we have even 2, but almost equivalent and bona fide

Using the laws of physics to comprehend the objective
processes of society led me to the following understanding of
perfect competition:
Perfect competition begins to operate in full force only
under equal (democratic) conditions for market participants
(including international ones) and the existence of a really

If one must eat in moderation and the circulation of money
requires a moderate amount of money, for some reason some still do

Actions of the Law of Attraction of Physics in Economics

Naturally, public and natural laws are interconnected and united
and I think, that "The Law of Attraction" (Physics) obviously works in
Economics as well. By my opinion, this is expressed in the attraction of
a Human to more profitable countries.
According to my calculations, people are especially attracted to the
high-income countries of the European Union, 2.3% less attraction
coefficient to America (interfering reasons - frequent natural disasters
and a relatively large distance from the rest of the world) and another
5.3% less - to Japan (also an interfering reason - frequent seismic
shocks). All this is normal and good, but if we quickly overcome
international barriers, the standard of living in all countries will
equalize as much as possible and emigration will not oppress either the
West or the East.

The example of my country - Georgia, also shows that when it was
united, even very successful citizens from many successful countries
were drawn to it, but as soon as it was divided and the standard of living
in 1994 fell to the last place in the world, on the contrary, many began
to leave this country. When our fellow citizens see that things are

It is psychologically substantiated by my investigations, that the reality

novelty about the relativity of prices. Now I have calculated that in an
optimally efficient competitive market, price variation is less than
10%, and efficiency from innovative technologies takes a giant leap
and increases by almost 80% compared to an oligopolistic market.

Competition Agency of Georgia, which, by order of the Government,
was able to restore order in the markets of medicines and petroleum
products, where prices fell by an average of 20-25% only in January-
February of this year (!).
The existence of barriers to the movement of medicines from
neighboring Turkey, gave benefits only to local monopolists. By a wise
decision of the new Georgian Government, the barriers were removed
and prices immediately returned to normal. The Competition Agency
received especially thanks from the pension and poor population of the
country. As a result, turnover and revenues have increased essentially.
What can lead of misunderstanding about perfect
competition for American and all Word markets in
terms of the number of competitors
If, according to the erroneous opinion of some classics of the theory
of economic competition, we assume that perfect competition is

determined by the endless growth of competitors, we will interfere
with our large domestic producers and allow unscrupulous foreign
importers to ruin our economy. I am sure that the modern US
leadership will not make such a mistake.
Naturally, there are reactionary forces in America as well, but the
history of world wars and the pandemic has shown that the United
States is the leading flagship of Democracy and Charity, and whoever
does not see this and engages in terrorism will end up in hell.
Current settlements total from Interpol’s gain:
My multi-factorial investigation on the elimination method and
macroeconomic models showed me that the strengthening of Interpol
by the international antimonopoly agency is primarily necessary for

and have come to the conclusion that the more scientists
in the country and their respect, the better life is.
There is no need for a limit. Science is needed in food
and sports and, of course, in bettering the legal structure
of society and in new technologies.
From history, we remember that human lived in

Understanding the atomic model of perfect competition has led me
to the conclusion that for perfect competition it is necessary for the
two main (biggest) competitors to be near equal (natural error of up to
5% is allowed, perhaps sometimes even more, as rare occurrences are
observed in nature, but eventually, for example, the number of men
and women is equal), otherwise we may have many competitors, but if
the main (biggest) one has a huge advantage (influence), the market
will be more monopolized and not competitive.
Influenced by some of the shortcomings of the classical theory, in
the United States (well-known with antitrust traditions), this my view
is not yet widely accepted in economic theory, however, in American

policy practice, exactly such a bipolar model has proved highly justified
for a perfect democracy.
Naturally, every country has own specifics, but this theory
addresses the general foundations of economics for all and is urgently
needed for all countries. When each country has a competitive market
(given this theory), hidden monopolies will find it difficult to enter to
such markets. In addition, we need to make adjustments in
determining of competitive prices. Pricing should not be attributed
only to demand. A person may have a very strong demand for bad
habits, but this does not mean that these habits are valuable and society
must necessarily regulate its price - to lower it, using other levers to
restrict its use.
Political bipolarity in America without any theory - formed
spontaneously and really became an example for other countries (the
main thing is to have two main poles, the rest are intermediate options
- political parties and views can be many). But for the economy, a new
theoretically justified reform is needed, otherwise, from 1995-2000,
economic crises multiplied and terrorist dictatorships intensified on

There is a constant rivalry between right and left ideas in the world. It's not bad. The
main thing is that on their scales the balance was not disturbed and the dictatorship will not
come. Professionals like You are needed everywhere - from politics to ordinary employees. To
this, the higher the level of power, the more professionalism is needed and not vice versa. I
used physics for economic policy and got fantastic new results, but this does not mean that
physicists should rule the government. The study of politics and economics is much more
difficult than even such exact sciences as mathematics or medicine. There should be only
experienced political and economic scholars in Governments. Non-professionals are not eager
to do surgery, but for some reason they think they can rule the country and the world. For
example, my country achieved the best results when the great Builder Scientist ruled and the
great Poet Scientist was the Minister of Finance.
To this, I want to mark, that there is a direct correlation between standard of living and

New Formulation of Market Power Using Physics
in Economics and with Keenly Needed Results
My last research (September-November 2021) led to a new interpretation of the Laws of
Physics in Economics.
As we know by Physics, the power (P = IV) dissipated in a resistor is given by P = V2 / R
which means power decreases if resistance increases. Yet this power is also given by P = I2 R,
which means power increases if resistance increases

In these formulations, P is the power, I is the strength of the electric current, V is the
voltage, and R is the resistance. Until the publication presented now, I did not consider the
formulation of Power and only used Ohm's Law I = V / R.
According to my calculations of economic competition - I is the Force of Economic
Competition, V - the volume of the Market, and R is the largest business on the market, which,
if behaved badly, can turn into a monopolist dangerous for society.
The introduction of a new concept of the Market Power P = V2 / R originally leads to the
conclusions that are justified by calculations:
1) The Market Volume has the most significant effect on the market results. For example,
the stimulation of the voluntary reasonable enlargement of agriculture in small-land countries
through the cooperation of owners of land plots and technical parks will give a significant
breakthrough in the standard of living;

2) Physics confirms my early assumptions that business enlargement does not always
hinder the growth of competitive efficiency and we should especially strive to strengthen
Interpol and listen to the recommendations of UNIDO and EBRD for effective business
planning. If the situation calls for it, "Resistance" (size of business) must grow reasonably in
the economy.
3) Again, Covid-19 is growing very much in the world - this horror is worse and faster
even than cancer. As You see, I am working permanently and write against unscrupulous
monopolies. I see that the monopolization of the science market very often causes various
deformations. Pharisees are everywhere, including in the most needed science, which can fall
into the hands of dangerous swindlers. Therefore, we must strengthen qualified monitoring at
Interpol using my new formulations as well necessarily.
Reasonably protected free competition and appropriate economic policies are the
foundation of public progress and the interest of my life as a researcher. Hidden monopolies
impede this greatly and multiply poverty and polarization in the world.

As You know, I am for very needed peaceful American traditions of a competence and
mutual respect of the Democrat and Republican leaders. The Harvard University's competent
support that the world needs leaders like us has given me (2018) great incentives to pursue
global economic competition and macro-micro policy research. In my research I permanently
work and will work against dishonest monopolies in the world economy to a better life of a
human. I am author of publications about religious base of economic growth, development of
the formulation of experts from the European Union for the effectiveness of economic
structural changes, US role in world progress and new structure of world market. I write for
the prosperous future, but my works dedicated also to those, who died many years ago in the
mass repressions of the atheistic former Soviet Union (1937).
With using the experience of the Christian fundamentals of natural, physics-
mathematical and technical sciences, for practice of inter-money system optimal stimulation
and macroeconomic structure marginal efficiency, by my indexes and integral coefficient from
law of economic competition, the less (till optimal levels) are output of monopoly and excess
(bad-quality or needless) production (or services), the more is the force of competition. I think
differently from some classical views about competition. I write, that we do not need the
competition of an infinitely large number of "ants" in the economy - need a natural
competition of diligent competitors, where all participants (not only small, but also medium
and large enterprises, as reasonably strong "lions" and "elephants" - for a rapid rise of science,
mass employment and significant economies of scale with effective reduced managerial costs
- for this, I developed the formulation of the European Union experts on calculating the
effectiveness of structural shifts) of the competition do their necessary (effective) business. To
this, I recommend, if we artificially increase the number of competitors, we can get a negative
effect of "short circuit" with "overheating" of the market network.

According to my latest research results, Competition Level=Market efficiency/Weighted
average share of companies by my theory, the market competitiveness should be primarily
determined with Market efficiency, including productivity (or capital and different materials
intensities) and profitability (ROE, ROA, ROIC, etc) indexes. There may be many competitors
in the market, but not effectively in general. This does not mean that quantitative indicators
should be ignored. We should also use them for a comprehensive assessment.
The weighted average share of companies can also independently assess market
competition and concentration, but due to efficiency, it is a more exact criterion. The weighted
average share of companies can be determined by also my formula:
Weighted average share of n companies in the market = ∑(SiVi)/V,
where Si – market share of i company in percent;
Vi – i company volume in dollars;
V – total market volume in dollars.
My discussion of competitive price behavior considers, that some Christian masterpieces
(for example Wonder-working Icon), natural resources (for example uranium and any other
resources for mc² by mass-energy equivalence ) and scientific and technological innovations
(for example computer) can have a huge price (even invaluable for Humanity) in the
comparison to relatively minimal costs of their production. I offer also conclusions for
construction new economic system in macroeconomics of post-crisis conditions and
competitive non-monopolistic equilibrium (between private and public properties) as optimal
way of marginal results of economic system, against terroristic dictators with golden baths and
impoverished frightened masses, etc.

research together with American scientists (the USA has collected the most significant
