Abstract

So let us now address the:
Third Law: Concentrated Global Matter obeys the laws of our universe.
Corollary: Unconcentrated Energy is Global and concentrated Energy is cognizable.
It states that Cognizable Matter follows the laws of our universe, as millennia of research have yielded both theoretical and practical results, but implies that Global Matter, which is not concentrated as cognizable Energy, also exists outside this universe and does not abide by its laws except through Repagular processes. In other words, in order to know and proceed to investigate Repaguli it is necessary that they are already represented in our universe, but it also means that we can intentionally concentrate them and make them available to us.

Repagular Mathematics and Social Economy III. Second Law.
The First Law and its corollary state that:
Every intention is transformed into action and that it is enough to try mentally in our reality for
an action to be established in the Global Matter.
To simplify:
Intention ꭆ Action ꭆ Mental Action ꭆ Action in Global Matter.
Let us go on to analyze details of Intention, with the;
Second Law: All concentrated intention transforms matter.
Corollary: Global Matter when concentrated is transformed into the knowable Matter of our
universe.
That is to say, we must concentrate Intention for Matter to be transformed, and if we succeed in
concentrating the Global Matter then it will be cognizable through Repagulo in our universe, and
depending on the way we recognize those Repagulo we will observe some properties or others.
In other words, the Universe is real and knowable through the passage of our concentrated
Intention, but it is also real as Global Matter even if we do not proceed with any intention.
Sounds like gibberish, doesn't it? But it is not. It is the very foundation that objective reality
exists independently of our thought or intention and that it is cognizable to us through Repagular
processes that show us reality as we choose to interpret it.
In other words, the Universe is real and at the same time it is Idea!
Is it difficult to accept the implications of this sentence Mathematical Repagular result? And is it
not more difficult to accept that in quantum mechanics result of "ordinary" mathematics a
particle "is" and "is not"? Well, the "ordinary" scientific results will continue to be agglomerated,
enlarged, reduced, modified, and all the adjectives you want, but they will nevertheless remain
partially true according to the Global Matter if we recognize that by concentrated intention we
are able to "observe" different aspects of Matter as it becomes cognizable by applying each time
in particular and obtaining different views of the same Repagulo as they are precisely observed.
Let us look at the second law simplified:
Intention Ƈꭆ Transformed Matter Ƈꭆ Cognizable Matter
It is precisely our brain that is the point of confluence of the Global Matter and the Knowable
Matter, and many in the History of Humanity have succeeded through very diverse techniques

hitherto called "spiritual" and "mystical", to be in contact with the Global Matter in different
degrees of consciousness of it and to have been able to transform it at will.
We will develop in these articles various techniques to achieve this, though closer to the
technologies developed by the western world, not requiring from a moment of "spiritual"
interaction for the necessary transformations of Global Matter into Matter useful to us, only let
us say the original "impulse of intention".
On all this will depend true independence in energy generation, access to vital elements, such as
water, and other let's say "raw materials" on which the improvement of the quality of life of our
planet depends so much.
We will also develop technologies that will allow us to know and control the development of the
economic and social sciences and to be able to objectively capture their knowledge and practices
that can lead us to the improvement of society as a whole independently of leaders or similar
organizations that for millennia have capitalized on social control, This is what the great military
conquerors have done, as well as the current military power which, at the end of the day, is what
allows economic and financial power to decide for everyone, "they" being just a few, and in this
way we can face the saturation of information that makes us "blind" to the true social reality in
which we all, except "they", find ourselves.
Ambitious goals, just as ambitious as Repagular Mathematics! We shall see...
