Abstract
The Islamic religion came with its various rulings as a mercy to
the worlds, taking into consideration those rulings of the human
instinct that God created people with. And the limits and crimes, these
rulings were not characterized by strictness or softness, and they did
not confine the Muslim individual to the depths of legal
embarrassment, and did not leave the rope to the stranger in the face
of the legal obligations according to the whims and temptations, so
there is no exaggeration in these legal rulings nor negligence, but
rather it is justice, moderation and moderation.
