Abstract

The Delhi government in India launched a program known as the ‘Doorstep Delivery of Public Services’ (DDPS) scheme in 2018. As this is a first-of-its-kind program across the world, in this article, I discuss the needs, benefits, and concerns around its implementation and expansion.
