Abstract

Monograph presents the theory of resonance seismic genesisthe author's methodology and method of automated system-cognitive prediction of earthquakes. Physical models of mantle convection and information models of the influence of planetary gravitational complexes on the formation of seismic events were considered. Detailed numerical examples of ASC-analysis of seismicity, annotated atlas of earthquake forecasts, description of open scale interactive intelligent on-line environment for training and scientific research based on ASC-analysis and Eidos system are given. Designed for seismologists, artificial intelligence specialists and all interested in this issue.

This article solves the problem of studying the structure of variability of meteorological parameters: "Maximum temperature / Minimum temperature /Average temperature /Atmospheric pressure /Wind speed /Precipitation/ Effective temperature" in the city of Krasnodar according to long-term data from 1933 to 2020. Thus, the initial data include 24,834 observations on 7 climatic parameters. To solve this problem, we use automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its software tools – an intelligent system called "Eidos". ASC-analysis includes: theoretical foundations, in particular the basic formalizable cognitive concept; a mathematical model based on a systematic generalization of information theory (STI); a methodology for numerical calculations (database structures and algorithms for their processing); software tools, which currently serves as a universal cognitive analytical system "Eidos" (intelligent system "Eidos"). The whole process of creating models and their application to solve problems in ASC-analysis and the Eidos system provides for the following stages of ASC-analysis. The 1st stage of the ASC-analysis: "Cognitive-target structuring of the subject area". At the 1st and only non-automated stage of the ASC-analysis, in fact, a semantic statement of the problem is made, i.e. the following are determined: the object of modeling (management); factors acting on the object of modeling (descriptive scales); future states into which the object of modeling passes under the influence of these factors (classification scales). The 2nd stage of the ASC-analysis: "Formalization of the subject area". At this stage of ASC-analysis, classification and descriptive scales and gradations are developed using automated software interfaces of the Eidos system (API-Eidos); the source data is encoded using classification and descriptive scales and gradations, as a result of which a training sample is formed, in fact, representing a normalized database of source data. The 3rd stage of the ASC analysis: "Synthesis and verification of models". At this stage of the ASK analysis: by means of multiparametric typing, the synthesis of 3 statistical and 7 system-cognitive models is carried out; verification of all created models is carried out, i.e. using the standard classical Van Rizbergen F-measure and its fuzzy multiclass generalization, invariant with respect to the volume of the recognized sample proposed by the author, the reliability of models is evaluated by solving the problem of identifying objects of the training sample, which are already reliably known to which classes they belong. As a result, the most reliable model is selected and it is determined whether it is correct to use it for solving various tasks. The 4th stage of ASC-analysis: "Problem solving" in the most reliable model (if it is reliable enough for this), the following tasks are solved: recognition, system identification, classification, diagnostics and forecasting; decision-making tasks (management and typological analysis); research tasks of the modeled subject area by studying its model: Inverted SWOT diagrams of descriptive scale values (semantic potentials); Cluster-constructive analysis of classes; Cluster-constructive analysis of factor values; Knowledge model of the Eidos system and non-local neurons; Non-local neural network; 3D-integral cognitive maps; 2D-integral cognitive maps of meaningful class comparison (indirect fuzzy plausible reasoning); 2D-integral cognitive maps of meaningful comparison of factor values (indirect fuzzy plausible reasoning); Cognitive functions; Significance of gradations of descriptive scales (values of climatic parameters); Significance of descriptive scales (climatic parameters); The degree of determinism of classes (time periods) and classification scales. We have provided a detailed numerical example of the implementation of all these stages and a detailed step-by-step instruction of user actions in the Eidos system with an explanation of their meaning, which makes it possible to use this work for educational purposes

There are three main growth points of modern information technologies: global network and mobile communication, advanced human-machine interfaces, intelligent technologies. As it is known, the system (synergistic) effect is usually observed in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary researches. This means that an interesting direction of research and development is located at the overlap of these three promising areas, namely: advanced interfaces in the global mobile networks, advanced intelligent interfaces and the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the Internet and mobile communications. In addition, a particularly high relevance goes to the development and application prospective of intelligent interfaces to the Internet and mobile communications. The Internet intellectualities gradually, it turns from non-local storage of large data (big data) in information space that contains meaningful big data, i.e. "great information" (great info), and then in the space of knowledge or "cognitive space" in which most information is actively used to achieve goals (management) and turns into the "great knowledge" (great knowledge). There are more sites devoted to artificial intelligence, free databases for machine learning (UCI, Kaggle, and others) and even on-line intelligent applications, and interfaces used in the Internet are improving. Recently, there was an acquisition of company Oculus, which is the world's leading developer and manufacturer of ammunition of virtual reality by the developer of one of the first global social networking Facebook - Mark Zuckerberg. However, students and scientists still do not notice that open, scalable, interactive, intelligent on-line environment for learning and researches already exists and operates, based on automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its programmatic Toolkit – intellectual "Eidos" and the author's website. Universal cognitive analytical system "EIDOS" is a domestic licensed software product, which in different years was implemented in different programming languages, on computers of different platforms [1]. Since 1992, there is a version of the system "Eidos" for IBM-compatible personal computers. As programmirovaniya tools used: CLIPPER 5.01 Rus, No. 202874 CRX; Tools-II Eng No. 200932; 3 BiGraph.01r1 No. 247. The choice of these funds at that time were absolutely justified and reasonable, because then this system is incomparably superior to all others in its capabilities. In 1994 he received the first in the Krasnodar region, and possibly one of the first in Russia, a patent for an artificial intelligence system [2]. This version of the Eidos system was continuously improved for 20 years until the spring of 2012. With the use of this system, a large number of tasks in various subject areas were solved, according to the results of the research carried out with the help of the system, sixteen scientific monographs, several textbooks with vultures, EMA and the Ministry, hundreds of articles, including in journals included in the List of HAC of the Russian Federation, received on 24 the patent of the Russian Federation [3], protected five doctoral and six master's theses on economic, technical, psychological and medical Sciences.

The program is intended for automatic formation of a new system of descriptive scales by generating new scales consisting of combinations of the original scales of 2 and the corresponding new gradations of these scales, which are combinations of 2 gradations of the original scales, as well as the decoding of the training sample and the removal of statistically unimportant combined gradations, it can be used in automated control systems of active objects on the basis of the Universal cognitive analytical system "Eidos" and provides automatic formalization of semantic information model of the subject area, minimizing the probability of false identification and erroneous non-identification of the state of the control object in the created system of descriptive scales and gradations. System "PREDICTION LIMIT" is designed for assessment of agroclimatic resources in relation to the cultivation of specific fruit crops and can be used in "Readproject" and other organizations dealing with designing and planting gardens. Macrophysical phenomena, such as turbulence, vorticity are normally modelled using fluid-mechanical differential equations and geodesics systems. Other methods may also be of importance to the meteorology community, such as quantum physical operators. In this study we use a novel Hamiltonian and study the vortex formation in the atmosphere of planet Earth under the effects of the gravity density stratification and the electromagnetic field of the planet. The results propose that vorticity in the atmosphere (high and low pressure systems) is driven in major part by the interplay between the earths magnetic field and gravity density. The results show that the quantized behaviour of atmospheric vortices lies in their dominant occurrence on the northern and southern hemispheres. The use of quantum mechanical operators in modelling planetary vorticity reveals also that these vortices arise from the core of the planet and manifest in a most pronounced manner on the surface of the earth where gravity density is experiencing an abrupt phase change. Further research is made on combining this model with earths atmospheric parameters, such as ocean temperatures and circulation, terrestrial oscillation and the sun's magnetic field. The results are important for future developments of climate and weather prediction models.

Vortexes in three dimensional systems are an emerging topic of study in the realm of quantum physics, particle physics and magnetism. In this study we describe a new Hamiltonian, and solve it numerically for the description of vortices in a spherical model subjected to an electromagnetic field. The numerical analysis shows also that supersymmetric Hamiltonian describes quantized orbitals for atomic systems with vorticity included, which is to our knowledge novel and also describes electricity as composed of quasi-symmetric vortex bundles. Further work on analytical solutions is under development. The 3D solutions of the Hamiltonian are relevant for nuclear physics, in the physics of elementary particles, in geophysics, and in the physics of stellar bodies.
