Abstract

Cet ouvrage explore certains des problèmes agiles actuels, les limitations et les opportunités potentielles à travers un cas réel de marketing numérique basé sur un nouveau site web d'agilité en affaires (https://businessagility.education) qui sera déployé le 15 avril 2022. La problématique principale pour le coach agile et fournisseur de service, dans un contexte VICA (volatilité, incertitude, complexité, ambiguïté) se situe au niveau de comment guider les clients en fonction de la taille et le type d’entreprise ainsi que le cheminement agile amorcé. Donc, le diagnostic va au-delà d’un survol des tendances actuelles en agilité ainsi que les opportunités qui s’ouvre à nous en consolidant les formations en sous fonctions des affaires agiles (eg. marketing agile, rh agile, finance agile, etc). Le plan d’intervention proposera des solutions selon chaque persona et enjeux de ces clients potentiels (petites, moyennes et grandes entreprises). Nous avons créé des étapes précises afin de contextualiser l’intervention appropriée sous des volets que nous avons inventés en fonction du contexte précis des usagers, ces volets sont aussi des nouveaux mots-valises que nous introduisons au monde de l’agilité en affaires.
